This place is interested in making the most money possible. I made an appointment for a cleaning and when we arrived ( took us 45 minute drive to get there) they said depending on what type of cleaning we needed they MAY OR MAY NOT be able to complete the cleanings today and we would have to come back. I Wanted to decline Xrays ( which should be my right ) and was told we are not able to do that. Then I agreed to a few of the core ones, also declined and insisted that all be done. SCAMMERS in my book and NONE OF THIS WAS TOLD OVER THE PHONE!!!!!!!

Amateur hour over here. The dentist I saw messed up most of the work I had done here, one job was messed up twice. The only thing offered was, "I can do it again". No, I don't want you to do it again, didn't want you to do it in the first place. Also if you have insurance, they will do everything they can to use their crown machine on you.
I gave them one extra star because they don't use mercury amalgam for fillings.

I recently went to Wilsonville Smiles during their grand opening promotion for a checkup, cleaning, and xrays. I had not been to a dentist in about 10yrs for financial and personal reasons, so I was very nervous.
Everyone in the office from the moment you come in until the moment you leave are so warm and caring and everyone tries to make you feel comfortable. I felt that the dentist understood how I felt without me even saying it. The higienist was super nice and caring. My nervousness soon turned to laughter and although I still don't like the experience of going to a dentist (I had many cavities I'm embarrased to say), going here has changed my reluctance of going to see a dentist and also helped me take better care of my smile. Dr Gridly is very careful, caring, knowledgeable, and understanding, not to mention funny - which made the experience for me more relaxing and enjoyable. Will definitely go back.

poor customer service. covered by insurance and even called to verify prior to appointment. billed us anyways after saying insurance wouldnt cover it for not being approved. Now they wont return phone calls or emails. Its a shame in such a small town where most of us have been here longer than the businesses. ill be telling everyone to use one of the many other choices in town!

I tried to book an appointment on Dec 2020, they gave an appointment after 5 months. and when the date was approaching they called me told me that the dentist is not available and we will have to reschedule. And now they gave me my next appointment for Feb 2022. :( (14 months for an appointment)

Dr. Lai is the best dentist I've ever had! She did a great job fixing my front tooth and all of the staff are very friendly!
