Children's Dental Health of Aston

This place is a “turn em and burn em” type dental office which should NOT be the case with a pediatric dentist. They utilize a call center for scheduling and questions which does not communicate with the actual office in which your a patient of. Disgusting rooms, very dirty from the floors to the walls to the chairs and broken plastic garbage cans. The doctors seemed overwhelmed, burnt out and definitely do not individualize care as the very first appt they suggested extracting 3 of my 5 year old daughters baby teeth.please do yourself a favor and RUN if you don’t want to ruin your child experience with the dentist early on. As I was leaving I was asked to sign something I did not agree with and the girl said “fine I’ll just sign it for you” and scribbled some stuff. Very questionable work practices at play here. If I could give negative stars I would.

The entire staff was kind to my son and thoughtful about the reason for our visit. My 2 year old knocked his tooth out while playing. The staff was compassionate, patient and understanding even when I wanted to literally cry about his tooth. The office itself was visually a child-friendly atmosphere with kid movies playing and they gave him a couple toys; that definitely softened the blow of his first, dental appointment. Looking forward to returning for his next visit!

We switched to this dentist a few months ago when our old dentist scheduled my one son's appointment for 3:30PM for dental work and sat there for over an hour and a half waiting for my son to go back. When I questioned the last dentist's receptionist, she told me that they were waiting for a room to open up which there was a room open if they were able to take at least 5 kids back that had appointments scheduled after my son's appointment. Since switching to this dentist, they have been so fabulous! They are super friendly, very welcoming to our entire family, and are always on top of things. We had two different appointments today: one for 3 of my children for a cleaning and another appointment schedule an hour and a half later for dental work for my son. They took my son back right after they took back my other 3 children so we didn't have to wait a long time for the 2nd appointment to start. I highly recommend this dentist for your children!! Thank you for making out experience so much better than the last dentist we had!!

I had a great experience at this office with my grandson. He had 2 baby teeth pulled and sealants put on his molars. The dentist and the dental assistant were both awesome! So friendly, great with my grandson and completely had him relaxed the whole time. Great job!!

I brought my 4 year old here for her first trip to the dentist. We had a very positive experience! Everyone was very kind; both the hygienist and dentist went out of their way to make my daughter comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Another great appointment! I never have to sit and wait at this office because they don't overbook, which is such a plus. The ENTIRE staff is friendly and helpful. They did a great job with my son's teeth.I love this office!

If nothing else tells you how great this place is, let me just say this: my daughter literally cannot wait to go to the dentist because they are so amazing there and go above and beyond to make your child comfortable. So the day of our appointments, she keeps bugging me is a time to go yet? Is it time to go yet?! IS IT TIME TO GO YET?!!!

I’d rate this place a 0 if I could. Do not take your child here. Daughter has been going here for a year now. First time was a cleaning and check up as well as the second time. I wish I can write more here, but limited to what I can write. The hygienist cleans my daughters teeth and shortly after the dentist comes in. He states my daughter has two cavities and the front two teeth need to be pulled due to trauma. He states this with no x-rays as well. We leave and as soon as we get into car, I say to my wife, I want a second opinion, so we call and find the best dentist in Philadelphia area. As soon as I entered this place, I had a good vibe. They were the for the kids and and the money. First words out of the dental assistant’s mouth after reviewing the notes from this facility is they want to put your daughter to sleep for procedure, so young. The dentist comes in and states the two teeth did not need to be pulled, and yes, my daughter had no cavities. I was puzzled, so she had another dentist from that facility come in as well and confirm, no teeth pulling, or no cavities. Both are board certified. We set up an appointment with this company to have the procedure for surgery done later this month and if we didn’t get a second opinion, they would have put my daughter to sleep, did something to two teeth in back claiming they were cavities, and pulled to teeth for no reason. So these are 4 teeth they claimed need work, which they didn’t. This is very disturbing. I can say I found a new dentist and will not be returning to this place. If you do decide to use this place and something like this looks off, please get a second opinion as we did. Then I call there to cancel the surgery appointment for later this month, and they seem like they didn’t even care. Beware and don’t take you child here. Place was exceptionally dirty for a dentistry, especially one that specializes in kids. I’ve been in cleaner bathrooms. This dentist reminded me of a cop who had fill a quota at the end of the month. Maybe someone should sit him down and extract his teeth.

This office is great! I had two things for my son that needed to be taken care of and I was told to go to an oral surgeon. Someone was there to take care of both things; cleaning and extracting 4 teeth!!! My son had no complaints and everything went perfectly fine. I am so glad his appointment was scheduled for today, or else the extraction would have had to wait.

The office is so child friendly! Colorful, iPads the kids can play with while they wait, and the sweetest hygienists and dentists. We saw Dr. K today and she was so great with my 3 year old. The older kids also get tokens for prizes at the end of their visit! We drive 30min just to come to this location.
