This office made my six year old daughter’s first dental experience wonderful! She is so excited to brush and floss now. Also I accidentally went to the Aston office and my appointment was at the Springfield office. They talked to the doctor and switched my daughters appointment since they had an opening. I almost cried out of happiness. This was so awesome. Thank you so much! You all are so awesome 👏🏼

Children's Dental Health of Aston is AMAZING! Everyone there is fantastic. They are kind, patient, understanding and eager to please - from the ladies at the front desk, to the assistants, to the Drs.... etc. we had an excellent experience today.

My son and I absolutely love this office. Starting with the front desk, Java is super friendly and is always so helpful and patient. My son sees Dr. Wright who is so fun and all around amazing. Her assistant Staci and the hygienist Sierra were by far the best team I have come across. They kept my son calm and distracted so he wasn’t scared which helped him out a lot. Disregard any negative reviews about this office. It takes a lot of patience to handle kids who are already afraid of the dentist and Staci, Sierra and Dr. Wright handled my son and the other patients with such care it was perfect. The office called me several times the day prior to my kids’ appointments claiming insurance issues. After receiving quite the run around, insurance information on file was correct. Day of appointment - all went well in the office. I forgot to ask for a school note - my mistake. I called the office right away and asked them to email me a note. They claimed it would take 3-5 business days. Overall, dentists and hygienists are great but office staff is not anything to write home about.
