Children's Dental Health of Aston

My daughter got a cavity filled here when she was two!!! When my older daughter was two we went to a different dentist she had a cavity and they wanted to put her to sleep to fill it which I wouldn't do so we waited until she four to get it filled and we had to go somewhere else to get it done. Also yesterday my daughter whose 3 now fell off her bike and chipped her tooth they fixed it for us and you can't even tell anything happened it's perfect! Also they are very friendly love this place!

I take my son here 4 times a year for a cleaning and check up and he absolutely loves it here! It’s truly amazing because this little one cannot stand doctors. But I think it’s because of the dental assistant Hiba (don’t hate me if I spell it wrong). I am convinced he has a little crush on her or something because he’s never this excited to visit a medical facility! Always asks me if he’s seeing the pretty girl every visit! Anyways always great seeing her she’s very nice and knows what she’s doing. Also is the only person Jason is cooperative with and I hope she stays here longer! Rooms are very child friendly and I would recommend this location to anyone! Very pleased!

I don’t even know where to begin my children have been coming to this office for the last eleven years and In the past year it has really gone down hill I have a son that is autistic and the girls that use to work here did great with him in this past year not only the women at the front check in seem to have no knowledge of what they are doing the wait time has exhausted anything that would b reasonable the last time we were here my son had a seizure about a week before our scheduled visit so they said I had to get a doctor note filled out by the neurologist saying he is able to be seen as if this isn’t the same child who has been here for 8 years and the neurologist herself said she isn’t sure why they would do that if he did have a seizure they would handle as they have been trained to but further more my daughter was in the back being seen when they said my son couldn’t be seen so they had me filling out new patient forms which now if I am trying to make sure my son doesn’t run around the office totally willl not b able to do and I told the blonde heavy set lady I was done with her today so they proceeded to make my daughter leave the back in the middle of her cleaning because I didn’t fill out a new patient form for someone who has been a patient since 2010-2011 so with that I spoke with the office manager what a joke that was he says the women told him I yanked my daughter from the back and made her leave which later on in conversation only after I asked him to get the video surveillance of the office turned into he misunderstood the women and what they told him that they said I wouldn’t fill out the new patient form which I asked him when did this form begin he said about three years ago n yet it was so detrimental that day to be filled out after have multiple visits of not filling it out that they kicked my daughter out of the middle of her cleaning so here we are back to the office today just because I wanted to see how important this new patient form is actually needed for a child to be seen and as to none of my surprise didn’t have to be filled out at all let’s get back to being professional childrens dental of Aston and today we r here over 50 min which we r in the back room waiting on the doctor for a half an hour already I wrote this whole review while waiting for the doctor none the less we will never return to the Aston office ever again after today and the visit prior truly disappointed and I asked for the general manager to call me never happened I see why this office has went downhill so much seems like nobody cares at all beware Delaware county parents beware

A complete scam! The dental hygienist brushed my child's teeth for 10 seconds with a manual toothbrush and used absolutely no tools. Zero! We do much better job brushing his teeth at home! The dentist applied the supposed fluoride varnish from the back of his hand with his finger carelessly on a couple of the teeth! Very quick, rushed and cursory exam! Then off to x-rays. Then they told us that child has cavities and needs crowns and a root canal and need to book for the surgery center. Then they said the surgery center does not do root canal, you have to go to a different dental surgeon for that! Why would you not do that under anesthesia? We asked for our records for a second opinion and they are so reluctant to provide records. Every time we call, it's a call center answering the phone and it takes 30 minutes to get through to Front desk. They told us that they are emailing the records right away twice but they did not. After 4th time we insisted on speaking to the office manager and he told us that us that they have 30 days by law to provide records. Unbelievable. Please avoid this place at all costs! Absolutely horrible experience!

Love this place and so do my kids! My daughter (now 4) went to another dentist office when she was a baby and we had a terrible experience. We were referred to Children’s Dental Health through our insurance and thank goodness! When we first started coming to the Lancaster office hey were so patient and understanding that she had bad experiences in the past. Now she is excited to come and there are no more tears and no more fighting. All the staff is amazing! Now her baby brother will have his first appointment tomorrow and she’s been telling him all about it, lol.

I brought my kids here a few years ago and i love the set up for the kids. The doctor was nice and she did great work on my youngest daughters mouth. But my oldest daughter's teeth needed alot if work and she has really bad mental health and disabilities. And because of her mental health she needed to be put to sleep, So i had to go somewhere really far in Malverne pa and my car broke down. They said they would offer a ride but i never got the call. Then when i reached out to find out why i havent heard them for a ride, they said they reached out twice and that now id have to pay out of pocket for missing the appt. An appt i didnt even know about.

So i had to start taking my girls to another dentist my oldest daughter had a really horrible experience at this new place and now my oldest daughter is terrified and wont go to another dentist. And her teeth are soooooo bad. And really needs care. Im trying to get her to go. Im trying everything. We have been to several different dentist since. And my daughter puts up a fight. She now 17 years old and i dont know what to do now. I really wish this place would have worked with me. Cause i believe my daughter would have been fine if they did. But tbey didnt!!!

The Children’s Dental Health office in Easton was absolutely the best. The staff is amazing, and Dr. Melnic was excellent with my son. Very Professional, very clean, and lots if fun! The staff was very professional and extremely kind- Aglaia, Nyrha, and Colleen. We look forward to our next appointment.

We go to the wyomissing office. My 3 year old absolutely loves going to the dentist. She calls the office the cho cho train dr. She inherited her dads bad teeth (cavities every time we go). They send us to the children's dental surgeon in malvern and they are so great with her. Even in the regular dentist office they treat her very well. They let her pick out what flavor toothpaste she wants what toothbrush she wants and her favorite part is getting the gold coin at the end of the visit to use at the coin machine to get a prize! I would highly recommend them

I took my daughter there and I call them and told them I was going to be 5 minutes late and the call center I guess told me that it was fine I got there just to be turned away because the office staff said I was late and they were short staffed, how is that my fault you were short staffed? Then I waited on the phone for 15 minutes to talk to a manager and the manager never got on the phone. I understand I was late but I wasted time to get there just to be turned away. And when did you stop doing a 15 minute late period? So now I have to re schedule her appointment.
