Great office, it was a warming and welcoming experience. It was for my 6 year old daughter and she loved it. Both nurse and doctor were amazing and my daughter had no problems. She even wants to go again sooner :)

This dental office is AMAZING! The staff were very friendly ,& especially kind . Our hygienist Raji, did an excellent job, as well as having alot of patience . The dentist , Dr. Patel is " top notch " , with a wonderful bedside manner . I would highly recommend this office in Chadds Ford.

I love this dentist! I had my wisdom teeth removed here and there were no complications, quick recovery and barely any pain. They have helped me with 5 cavities without any problems. They know I get freaked out easily by the dentist so they are always trying to keep me calm. Best dentist!! I will continue to come here.

I don't recommend NO ONE or MY FAMILY to this office. They were over charging my husband and telling us that it was his copay and he didn't have a copay. The front desk staff were rude and unprofessional. It took them almost a month to refund the money that they took and owed to my husband. I had work done and they gave me one priced before the procedure and a different price after the procedure. I called them everyday for two weeks and they did not want to answer the phone. WORSE DENIST OFFICE I EVER CAME TO..

They NEVER keep appointments on time. If you’re appt is 9a, your lucky if you’re seen by 10a if not later. You wait for at least if not more than an hour EACH time. It’s a disgrace. The orthodontist is there ONCE per month and they must over-bill Medicaid for care plans that they extend well beyond the projected time frame. Medicaid needs to immediately investigate their practice and policies.

The only reason I give them one star is contrary to another’s review, the front desk staff aren’t rude but overwhelmed by multiple bookings (they must have to book at least 10 patients for every time frame and schedule each for 15 minute intervals, i.e., 10 patients at 9, 10 patients at 9:15, so on and so forth.) They’ve always been polite and professional, and as accommodating and understanding as possible given the complaints, duties and responsibilities.

My daughter was a patient of this business recently. She was not properly medicated for pain management by this dentist. She has been in excruciating pain and they could care less. I have had a tooth removed in the past by a dentist that knew what they were doing and I was GIVEN THE PROPER MEDICATIONS to control the pain. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone unless you have no pain centers. I wouldn't give this place one star. The dentist in question is Saman Souri

Had my daughters braces put on at 3pm. While we were driving home the braces started popping off. Literally you could here them popping. Several came loose. Called the dentist office at 4:15 and told them what happened. They said they close at 5 and if we could make it back in time. I told them no that it would take me longer than that to get there.

*****They said I will have to wait until next month to have the orthodontist to look at them!!!!! A MONTH!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!!! Because the ortho is only there once a month!!!!! They were just put on there 1 hour ago……

My daughter has loose braces in her mouth and is supposed to wait a month to have them looked at.

This type of dentist is for those with no insurance or your last resort!!!!!
