Overrated. They trick you into a 5-star when you go in for your first check-up.

I paid close to $500 b/c the partner and business manager put pressure that I needed more done than a regular cleaning. They made up this new “deep cleaning” that is not covered by your insurance to squeeze a couple extra bucks out of you. If you are going to use these folks you have to stand your ground and tell them no. You can’t trust doctors anymore for medical advice they are giving you their advice on what’s most suitable for them financially.

I will not be going back and I would not recommend this practice to a friend or non-friend for what it’s worth.

This may change but today I came for my first appointment for an annual cleaning and to check to see if my painful jaw is tmj but they said I didn't have one. I showed them my phone history has a record of me speaking to someone here last week for ten minutes when I made 2 appointments one for me and one for my son. It is very rude to make me wait an additional week or more when I already waited for this appiontment and I am leaving in pain.

I loved my old dentist Dr. Rosen of A Family Dental. I only changed because my new insurance covers dental and he doesn't take it.

The office is clean and modern and the staff is friendly but obviously lacking in organization.

Staff and dentists are terrible. Only care about the money and the glitz. Canceled numerous appointments on me, gouged my mouth while cleaning (I'm a meticulous cleaner as my previous dentist said) , nickled and dimed us on everything. Then when our insurance changed, after being clients for years, they wouldn't let us have our scheduled appointment for not having the new dental cards unless we paid out of pocket. Never once said sorry for the inconvenience or pain they caused either.

I have not been to a dentist in over 8 years due to horrible experiences in the past. Today will be my second visit to their office. This time I will actually have work being done! Everytime I enter a dentist office I am usually overwhelmed immediately. However, the staff was very friendly and I think I may be able to get through this process. This is step 1 of many visits but I am trying my best to think positive about trusting Advanced Dentistry with the health of my teeth and my overcoming my fear of going to the dentist. Dr. Silva saved me from a long weekend of sleepless pain, and has me back on the way to a great smile. I am almost looking forward to visiting the dentist. For a scaredy-cat like me, that is the greatest of complements.

I went in to get a simple filling....they tried to sell me so many things that I didn't need. They even tried to force me to get braces, which I didn't need. I was pretty out of it because if the nitrous oxide and they were still trying to make me agree to getting braces even though I was barely conscious. I left and never came back. Then they called and tried to have me come back in for dental work that I didn't agree to. My experience at Advanced Dentistry of Collegeville was awful!!

I was told I couldn't get a filling because I have plaque. and since my insurance didn t cover other treatment I could feel free to look for another dentist. I feel you treat people like a check you won't have a business. care about how often you can get someone in your chair and up sale things that might not need. sad.disqusted. I wonder if Dr. Silva knows I was just treated like a nobody. I called after having 2 teeth pulled by Dr. Ding, to follow up with an appointment. I was greated with something wrong? you can't have a filling you got plaque and you need other things done. blah blah blah. feel free to look for another dentist? WOW

Went to the dentist for regular cleaning and got recommendation for additional treatment. Before the treatment, they said that they wanted to make sure if the cost is covered by my dental insurance so the person stepped out and came back in a couple of minutes and said "the cost is 100% covered! Don't worry about it.". After 5 months, I got a bill from Advanced dentistry with warning that it will be soon sent to collection agency if I do not pay it soon. I went to the dentist office with the bill. They said that the cost should be paid by my dental insurance but they denied it. That is the only reason that I have to pay it. I explained that your people confirmed that the cost is 100% covered. They said "But you got the treatment. Therefore you should pay". After a few minutes of dispute, I had to compromise with them by paid the half of the amount. If you plan to go to this place, this is how you are going to be treated. Patients are just their $$.

This is the best dental care I have ever received! The office is new and has nothing but state of the art EVERYTHING. The staff was courteous and very professional. I highly recommend this practice.

Beware of this place! They are stealing your money! I visited this dentist for the first time in quite a few years of seeing a dentist, mind you i have kept my teeth in pretty good shape. I go to this fancy place and leave almost in tears! They wouldn't even clean my teeth, they would only do an exam. The results: that i had 6 cavities (which they said they couldn't show me were they were on the xrays), a severe infection where i had root canal before and needed to get it fixed immediately, also that i needed a root canal done on another tooth and i need to get rooting and scaling done on my gums...they had a whole price sheet printed out and threw it in my face which was a couple thousand dollars!! Then they were rushing me out the door because they have a faculty meeting and were late. They wanted me to pay half of the next appt. up front before they would schedule me in. I said no and left. As soon as i got in my car i called another dentist immediately, they fit me in 2 days later and said the infection is my root canal is minor and just to monitor it. They also cleaned my teeth and examined me. The results: 1 cavity!! total bill: $0.00! They said my teeth are in great shape and i saved myself from serious issues from always flossing. They couldn't believe what this other dentist had told me! Beware, this place is stealing your money!
