I drove over an hour to get here. I had an appointment for 11am. I showed up at 10:50, I wasn’t spoken to until 11:15 to fill out paperwork. I quickly finished the paperwork and turned it back in. At 12:15 I was still waiting and I asked when I would be seen, explaining I was an hour from home and had to be home by 2 to get my kids. They said “there’s still two patients in front of you, that could be a short or long wait.” I waited until 12:45, still hadn’t been called back and went to tell them I had to leave and needed to reschedule. I asked if the wait was always like this and she said “yes it doesn’t matter if you’re the first or last appointment there will always be a wait.” I will not be keeping my rescheduled appointment. How is this a way to run a business? Why bother giving appointment times if you’re going to make everyone wait 2+ hours to even go back to a room?

This place is horrible the receptionist and the helpers perfectly fine the doc though came right to me and said are you ready for some dentures didn't even give me options or say if my teeth can be saved just instantly came to me and told me dentures and when he heard I had an infection he gave attitude. The wait times horrible and made me take multiple unnecessary x-rays when they have a full mouth x-ray when you first get called. Please don't ever come here again I will be canceling my denture appointment because I'd rather have a dentist who can give me options or at least explain that I don't have any other option and the reason why.

I took my husband here went after an emergency room trip to windber. My husband had a severely infected tooth. It was to the point his entire side of his face was swelled. I called around and no one could see him for about 2 weeks. Finally I called New Dimensions and they said they could see him at noon. I said I can come right now and they said ok. I was there in 3 minutes. We filled out all of the paperwork and waited to be seen. Now we did wait for about an hour but I didn't care because my husband was in so much pain. I completely understand the wait because we showed up unscheduled. When my husband saw the doctor he said it was a good thing we got in today. He did an emergency tooth extraction. My husband started to feel much better by that evening. My husband is a very picky man and dislikes every doctor! However he said he would most definitely go back to New Dimensions. I can't say enough good things about this company and we are so thankful for them.

I had called to make an appointment at 920 am, was told there was a cancelation and I could come at 10 am. I got to the building and waited 45 minutes to get called on (yes I saw all of the 7 signs warning about long wait times). Go to my chair and wait yet another hour to see the dentist. After administering my numbing shots he left for another 40 minutes. I needed an extraction and also a toothache looked at. He explained while looking over xrays i needed some other work we could take care of next appointment, one of which is a tooth he said needs a filing, this same tooth he told me at a prior appointment would need a root canal, I suppose it miraculously made itself better. He then poked at a totally random tooth and asked if it was the one bothering me, pulled one tooth, never touched the tooth causing me pain and left. When leaving the girl at check out told a random total until another whispered, not so quietly, thats the wrong total "she's the private pay insurance one". All in all this is about my 5th time at this office and I will not be returning. There is a difference with a "long" wait time and 3 hours, do not assume people insurance (financials), and while there is only 1 dentist taking care of many patients at once please learn to take notice to what room you are in and what the patient is saying. All in all I waited 3 hours to see the dentist for maybe 13 minutes and still left with a toothache.

This was the most absolute horrendous experience I've had. They schedule you along with 4 other people for the same time slot while they only have 1 dentist. Expect 3 to 4 hour waits. I took 3 hours of PTO to take my kid and wife to an appointment just to have to leave before we could be called because the wait was so long. Spoke to the nurses there and they said "This is how it is every day" and just gave an embarrassed laugh.

Honestly the dentist should be embarrassed. If you can't handle scheduling, you shouldn't be messing with people's teeth. Ridiculous.

Honestly you're told about wait times when you first call so that's not my issue, and pollina is great I had a tooth Killing me literally back in april and he pulled it, I'm scared of needles and he helped me pushed through that. My problem is people with emergencies can't get scheduled for a good while. They do take my insurance and no one else pulls wisdom teeth and that's what I need right this second.

I had to get acrylic partial dentures but didn't like them so when it was time to get my permanent partials I ordered Valplast but received Acrylic permanents and did not like them but when I called to ask about why I didn't get what I desperately needed and was greatly anticipating I was told Valplast is just another way of saying Acrylic and that they never heard of flexible partials and if they actually existed that they would know about it, a total of 14 appointments 2 hour wait times and still need partials but can't afford then anymore ...my Valplast are hard as a rock and do not flex ! But its my fault...wasted $1800 plus my insurance once in a lifetime full coverage for permanent partials amdcstill need teeth!thanks for nothing

This dentist office is now refusing to release my records in a timely manner. STEER CLEAR AND FIND A REAL DENTIST! Oh and if you call I hope you don’t have to speak to mouthy Brittany who obviously doesn’t want to or can’t complete THE DUTIES OF HER JOB.

Everyone was great and so so nice. I had to come in for an emergency appt and they had a cancelation so they were able to get me in the same day. We did wait in the waiting room for a while but they did an excellent job and the dentist is very knowledgeable and kind.

I want there for my first time and I waited for a least and hour after my scheduled appointment. I wasn't even on the chair long and they did not clean my teeth. The doctor came in and said I have nice teeth and lefted. There was no teeth cleaning. I will not be back.
