The front desks staff is very friendly and helpful. My dentist made me feel like that moment he was just with me and not thinking about the other patients. He too had very good bedside manners. I had a tooth pulled. My mouth didn't have much pain afterwards and healing nicely.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but this is the worst dentist I have ever been to. They never answer their phone, sent me expensive bills in the mail with no descriptions on them, and were overall very rude. I recently switched dentists and now have to pay thousands of dollars to fix the botched dental work that this place caused me. Would not recommend going here.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. This place is awful. They never answer the phones, or bother to call back. It seems like Elite Dental is just a revolving door full of dentists they can’t keep long-term. I constantly had to change dentists because they were all leaving. It’s dirty and a lot of the receptionists are very unprofessional. One dentist didn’t do my cavity filling right and I had to come back to get it fixed. Never had that happen in all the years of getting fillings.
I found a new dentist which I couldn’t be more than happy, since it’s hard finding a good one with with Medicaid. White Rose Family Dental in York- they accept most insurances and they’re x100 better than Elite Dental. Should’ve switched sooner.

Experience was great!! It was my daughters 1st time && couldn't of gone any smoother. She didn't like the fact of 3 teeth being pulled but what 6 year old does!! They made her feel comfortable and did it step by step to keep her calm as possible. Thank you! 😊

The staff and Dr has been wonderful here!! I have no complaints. It is hard to get them on the phone, but they have limited staff and there are people walking in every few minutes...So remember to be kind. Thank you to the front desk girl today for being so kind. I appreciate you!!!

I want to give a fifty star review for these wonderful people!!!!!! I've been terrified and have had rotten teeth so bad I couldn't eat for over three years now. I found out they had a wonderful dentist who works with PTSD patients. Let me tell you not only did they treat me with respect they gave me my dignity back . They kept all instruments covered and behind my back let me listen to my Christian music with headphones wear a eye mask you wear to bed. Tested me so gentle and kind. I can't say thank you enough I got four teeth pulled today and getting the rest out as soon as my insurance answers back. If you are like me and have had horrible experiences or have PTSD this is the place to go . New people there kinder and loving people don't wait or put it off. I did for over three years and In less then a hour of my time the four most painful teeth are gone . No tears no pain at all none. Don't wait any longer Wonderful people. May God bless them .. thank you all

Love this Dental office! They’re professional, the staff is friendly, clean and organized! The have a New Dentist, Dr.Akinjise, He is awesome!!! My daughter had a bad experience with our previous dentist. I’m happy to find Elite Dental, Dr. Akinjise, talked to my daughter, she felt comfortable with getting her teeth checked and cleaned with him. My children enjoyed their experience and so did I! Our new Dentist!

My experience was pleasant even though I got a teeth pulled and deep cleaning at the same time it was a pleasant experience done in a timely manner. I like Elite Dental and I would recommend anyone to go there. I'm very happy with their service.
