My first experience at Personalized dentistry was excellent. Easy, convenient scheduling and a user friendly website for online paperwork submission. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the office itself is brand new with state of the art equipment. Dr. Ney was great, he took his time to explain things and did as excellent job evaluating and cleaning. I highly recommend this new office, Lancaster is lucky to have them.

If I could give Personalized Dentistry 10 Stars I would. This is a family owned and operated place of business where you are not just a client. I have been dealing with tooth pain for quite some time and Dr. Nye explained everything from beginning to end. Dr. Nye reached out to me on his off hours, as I proved to be a difficult case, to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be . This practice has gone above and beyond and I am so thankful I found them. Pricing is spectacular along with the friendliness of the staff. I can not recommended this business enough!

The word I would use to describe Dr Ney's attention is “Excellent” !! Extremely attentive and careful with the entire procedure he did. In general, the entire team including his wife who welcomes you very kindly and his assistant make you feel in a very comfortable environment.
