Tried to reschedule an appointment and was told no because I was a no call no show.. even though the reason was because my grandfather passed away the day before my appointment.. sorry getting my teeth cleaned wasn’t on my mind. Maybe I should print them out his obituary, or perhaps some things should be excused.. what a joke.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. I was impressed how quickly I was able to get in as a new patient. They also did a cleaning after the exam on the initial visit which normally requires another appointment.

My husband had a serious emergency with much pain and infection regarding his loose molar tooth. He went in at 8:45 AM with no appointment and texted me at 9:10 AM that his tooth was already removed. I was excited about this because my husband suffered for 36 hours and the best he could find was someone gave him an appointment for one week from today. Needless to say Lehighton Family Dentistry will be our dentist from this day forward. I highly recommend this staff to anyone needing dental work. Everyone was very kind, gently, courteous and professional during his short visit.

It seemed like the hygienist was rushing and my cleaning experience was aggressive. I didn't have a fresh mouthwash and I just felt as if the hygienist was in a hurry. My visit was equal to the time I waited in the waiting room.
