I don’t like how they are not understanding with having to cancel multiple appointments either in time or same day due to special needs children and the struggles we have, but I get it they need to pay salaries and stay open. 🤷🏻♀️ That’s really my only complaint. Flip side while in the seat they are all amazing if you have a special needs child they treat them excellent. Our sons like it there. Every dentist and dental assistance we’ve had experience with actually spends time with you and makes sure you understand your plan of action. I like how their billing process is, they understand you don’t have $3000 at that moment; but commit to auto withdrawals it makes it way more manageable to bare the costs of dental care. Do some personal research, other offices may charge more or less but do your due diligence. Outside of my disliking dental work today I felt completely comfortable with Dr Frisbee and thanks to him I will finally be returning this time for my plan of action. Overall I love the staff they are awesome and that keeps me coming back as much as I dislike dental work.

If I could give Fields Family Dentistry 10 stars I would. As a leader in a retail organization that highly values customer relationships, I well understand the challenge of training a team to exceed the customers expectations, and win them over as customers for life. Dr Frisbee, Emily, and many other staff have provided and experience beyond any other dental office I have gone to by their honesty, and the genuine care they have shown for me as a person. I wasn't pushed to spend thousands of dollars on every possible "improvement" that's I really "should" be doing. Recently they fit me into their schedule short notice to repair a crown for a extremely reasonable price. I will definitely be going here as long as I am living in the area!
