Sadly I must change my review and dentist - due to poor office and billing practices. Apparently they had a problem with Geisinger Gold Insurance which I had always used previously, and then after my last visit found my routine cleaning was not covered. Apparently their agreement with Geisinger had not been renewed or lapsed. I should have been told their was a problem prior to having work done. I had also complained prior to this about how difficult it was to read their statement - they were extremely confusing. I will pay my bill..but certainly under protest.

Poor service and poor attitude. High turnover office and you will be transferred and bounced around to other providers or cancelled appointment with little notice. Underwhelming ?? Call Dr Thai in West York.
