The dentist was rude to my wife, no one should be made to feel the way she did after his rudely spoken comments If he would of positioned his request in a different manner this could of been avoided. We are your patients - only cared about adding more cost to our bill with recommended but unnecessary packing - He gave a different excuse on why to use it when my wife was there and then altered the reason he wanted to use it on me. The packing wasn't a necessity and refused to do the extraction with out it. Because the cost of the packing is $200 per tooth! It is generally NOT covered by insurance and so they make you pay upfront. Seek a second opinion. We did and was able to have the same procedure wasn't even offered this special packing and I am healing great. BEWARE THEY ARE IN IT FOR THE MONEY not for the patient. During my wife's surgery she advised them that she was still feeling pain and they shrugged off saying that she was just feeling the tugging and pulling not true. After seeing her in obvious pain agreed to give another Novocain shot. We were both dissatisfied and will NOT be going back and will not be recommending it to anyone.

Best dentist for the whole family. Our family loves this place. We've never had problems with scheduling appointments (even though Imperial office is closed on Fridays) or with billing and insurance. Staff is always polite and helpful. But our favorite thing about this office is how they deal with kids. Last year we brought our then 5 yr old to get checked out for kindergarten, today our 4 yr old was seen by the same hygienist Jackie. OMG she is incredible! The way she talks, the way she explains every part of the procedure, all the cool tricks with sunglasses and flavored toothpaste and Disney tooth brushes - kids just love it! Jackie's got the magic touch. Our kids can't wait to brush and floss their teeth because they like hearing encouraging feedback from Jackie and the doctors about their perfect little teeth and no cavities. They are looking forward to their next dentist appointment - how crazy is that!!?!
My husband and I joke that because of how Jackie did their cleaning these poor kids are now under the impression that dental office is a fun place to be! But seriously, we love the doctors and the staff. Thank you for being amazing, Advanced Dentistry!
