They are always late as much to an hour and a half. Their staff is very rude. They never answer their phone and rarely reply back to voice mails. I do NOT recommend this dentist after having my teeth all pulled our, getting temp dentures and then regular dentures.

Steel City dental was great during my service. Very personable and most of all they cared 100% of solving my issues. The work that needed done they were unable to do but the dentist did some things to make me feel comfortable and the office manager did not let me leave until I she got me an appointment with the endodontist the next day. She knew how much pain I was in and was determined to help me out. Thanks to pittsburgh endodontist in monroeville for taking me and getting me fixed up. Thanks Heather from Steel City dental you have my whole family now.

I got super sick after my last appointment I brought my expander in from my braces to get put back in they didn’t wash or sterilize it just put back in my mouth and caused me to get really sick

The worse dental office!! I scheduled an appt as a new patient. The front desk was very nice, so I figured ok everything will be fine. My appt was at 4pm, I left work early. Got to the office at 2:40pm, I opened up the wrong door, because the way parking was I couldn't tell which door was the dental office. I was greeted by a guy who screamed FRONT DOOR! Ok, still going with the flow - mind you I only came for a consultation. I had to go to the front desk at 4pm to ask when I would be seen. She said oh your next. I walked in to an open room of patients just sitting. Once again thinking this is ridiculous. First screamed at, than waited all that time, now this... Low and behold, who walked in the room, hands in his pockets..Mr Screamer. I got up and left. I would NEVER allow a person with an attitude like that look in my mouth. As nonchalant as he walked in the room, he turned around and walked out. I will NOT refer this place. I will notify my real dentist about this referral.

They schedule 10 people for the same appointment time when they only have 1 or 2 dentists working. You wait for 2 hours just for a cleaning. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back to them but each time was worse than the last. Will NEVER go back.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I had a root canal on a tooth they told me had an abscess. I was in severe pain and after multiple calls to the office and text messages to a number they provided for emergencies I got no response for antibiotics and pain meds. Also they do the opposite of what they tell you and did all the work they could get paid for that hadn’t been used from my insurance.

Very nice staff, they are very friendly and efficient. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Matthews is great, he goes all out for you and he is very friendly and takes the time for you and is doing and excellent job on my teeth. They are very supportive especially my girl Bri she does just as good and efficient job as Dr. Matthews. I enjoy my visits and look forward to them.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Went here with my elderly father for an appointment as a new patient, they didn’t ask for his insurance over the phone and took it when we got there, his appointment was at 7pm. The front desk called his insurance and they couldn’t get any information, called again and insurance was closed. Well DUH! It was past 7pm! So then they said he might be charged for services...so we left. Unprofessional as the front desk was bullsh*ting with a patient for 15 minutes and was rude when I went to ask her a question. Also people were wearing masks below their noses. We will never return.

Rude, rough, reckless. If you're about that "get in, get out" and sick of all the hustle and bustle of care and professionalism, this is your spot! I'm ashamed I let these clowns clean my wife's teeth, but the mistake will be learned from. People please take these reviews seriously. If they are majority 5 star and 1 star, the 5 stars are horsesh*t, and the 1 stars are a bit too generous. But do what you're going to do, just know you've been warned.
