I chose this place because of the reviews, but I seen for myself, I took my kids here for an appointment... A dentist always explains their findings to the parent... Nothing was explained to me at all, I questioned the guy at the desk after sitting their waiting for someone say something to me and all he said was everything was fine. I know for sure my son needs work done because his front tooth is discolored. I won't be going back!! The staff are nice but I was very unhappy with the service that was provided!!!

I thought this place was fantastic, they were all so nice, Dentist Garrity is one great dentist, the best I have ever been to, he pulled a tooth for me, was kind gentle and caring and patient, koodos to Dentist Garrity!

Never will I come here again after they sent me home without addressing my pain which I had to wait 3 weeks to be seen for, I literally sat in chair for a total of two minutes before they tell me to go ER if I want tooth pulled instead of getting a root canal. Would never recommend

The staff is so kind and friendly. The dentist was so gentle. No pain . I love it here. Would highly recommend this place. Best part is they have multiple dentists that do all dentistry so you Dont have to get referred here and there. Plus they offer 3 forms of sedation that are affordable.

I love the ortho service (treatment wise when I go there they’re very nice) but I have been going to Steele City Dental a year and These past couple of months it has been hard to get to get an appointment. I have to call multiple times to get in contact with somebody and even if I don’t get in contact they don’t call me back and they tried to charge me when I have insurance recently so I’ve been denied treatment for a couple of months because they didn’t call the number my insurance told them too. My insurance had to call repeatedly to rectify the problem. I’m not sure what is going on but my braces are painful mouth has been bleeding gums sore had these braces in for months and I need them fixed regularly (every month) and they also do whatever with my braces they don’t always finish it or do what the appointment is set to do because they’re over scheduled and don’t have time which is disappointing and very frustrated and I’m usually having to rescheduled. I just want my teeth fixed and this treatment to be over soon and it’s just been way harder then it should’ve been never had this kind of issue and I don’t think I should’ve.

I think the staff is wonderful and the doctors. I am always treated respectfully. Everything is clean including the tools. As for these reviews I have seen that are negative I feel that maybe you need to have patience and understanding in situations and stop complaining here. I saw the one reviewer here in the office throwing her tantrum I believe. J you were very nasty and acted like a toddler if I was the staff I would have called the police when throwing you off the premises. If you are respectful you will be treated that way as well. It is beyond the staffs control some circumstances when the DR was in the hospital. Please grow up and realize you cannot act that way and bash people and not be called out on your bs.

Amazing group of people. Chipped my tooth pretty bad and they took me in as emergency appointment since my wedding is only weeks away. They were professional but very friendly. During each step they explained what they were going to do and if I was OK and in any pain. In face they made sure I didnt have any pain or at the least very little pain possible. I'm not a fan of dentist like most people but I will definitely go there for all my future needs.
