20/20 dentistry

I really had a great experience on my first visit at 20/20 Dentistry, since all people who work there are very efficient, polite, and nice. From the moment you make an appointment you can notice the professionalism and friendliness of the Scheduling Coordinator (Caroline). The dental assistants are just as gifted (one of them speaks Spanish and Armenian, and the other speaks French). Dr. Pierre J. Mouradian is very professional and makes you feel extremely comfortable. I liked that there is a good dentist communication with you during every step of a procedure. The front desk staff is highly experienced in the management of insurance issues, Lisa is very helpful explaining everything. In short, this is one of the most comfortable dentist office I have ever had. I highly recommend 20/20 Dentistry.

Nobody enjoys going to the dentist, but Dr. Pierre and the staff at 20/20 dentistry are some of my favorite people, and make the experience better than usual. They are kind, care about you, and are transparent about your dental health needs. Many places rush you out the office and do everything they can to take your money. Not here, and I recommend 20/20 dentistry to everyone I know. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and will remain a loyal patient.

I’m so thankful for the staff at 20/20 Dentistry. I had been dealing with oral pain for weeks and was turned away by a couple of dentists in the area that decided against my difficult extraction. Dr Mouradian worked with me and was able to remove my wisdom teeth. Everyone was so kind, thoughtful and very thorough with my aftercare. I will definitely return and would recommend them to anyone in the Philadelphia area.

I have been a patient for over 3 years and have always had a good experience, both with booking appointments and receiving care. The staff is very friendly and helpful when rescheduling is required (it’s hard to plan for inevitable conflicts 6-months down the road). Their reminders make it easy to stay consistent with my dental care.

A gem of a dental practice. The entire staff is so warm and accommodating. The dental staff is caring and gentle and knowledgeable. Our 2 and 6 year olds came here for the first time and, from the moment we walked in, everyone went above and beyond to make it a seamless and stress-free experience. Choose this practice, you won’t regret it!

Dr. Mouradian is clearly very capable and knowledgeable. I like his no-nonsense approach, his clear communication, and I trust his judgment and recommendations. He is responsive, giving additional painkiller when he senses my discomfort, but is unwavering in his focus and in getting the job done. The office is pleasant, in an old building in Center City that has character and is reasonably close to Suburban Station, for those who commute by train. Everyone in the office is affable and competent; insurance matters are dealt with efficiently; and the technology is current (recently I had to have a crown, and it's all done while you wait, with a camera and computer software to create an image of the desired prosthesis, a milling machine to grind the raw material —ceramic— to the proper specifications, and an oven to anneal the final product). Perhaps also worth mentioning that I was able to get my first appointment quickly.

My experience with Dr. Mouradian and his entire staff is always A+. They’re friendly and professional. Dr. Mouradian will always take the time to answer all questions and walk you through what’s about to happen. If you’re looking for a dentist, you will be pleased with 20/20 Dentistry 🦷

I tried 20/20 as a second opinion to a different dentist office trying to get me to agree to 2 completely different diagnoses costing $15-20k each. Dr M doesn't do unnecessary work, I was so impressed with 20/20 that I changed my dental insurance to stay with them, 6 years ago. Everyone at 20/20 has always been friendly and polite.

The staff at 20/20 dentistry deeply care about their patients. I had a beautiful set of veneers just put in after an Invisalign treatment to correct my bite. (I’m a grinder!) I could not be happier with the final product and the process which took over a year to properly complete. All along the way I felt they were interested in how I was feeling and made small tweaks based on feedback from me to make sure it was absolutely perfect from my perspective. They invest in state of the art equipment to apply the best technology to their processes. It’s a great shop.

Like most people I have dreaded going to the dentist. This is not the case anymore though. The kindness and quality of care that Dr Mouradian and his AMAZING staff provides is like no other! I can honestly say that I enjoy (yes... I said enjoy!) going for my appointments now. They take the time to get to know you, remember you, and make sure that you are as comfortable as possible during whatever procedure you are having done that day. I have highly recommended him to my friends, family, and my clients as well. If you’re looking for a great Dentist look no further!! 😀
