Terrible place to do business. They denied me service for no reason. I guess they do not like us disabled people. Terrible way to conduct a business. They shouldn't be allowed to treat people like they don't matter just because they're a little different. Its awful.

Worst service. The girl name Stephanie at the front desk deserves to be fired as well as the other girl she works with. They’re both very rude and should be fired effective immediately. They violate HIPAA laws by discussing file out loud. They told me to “leave if I didn’t like it” and that I was being “sarcastic” after THEY couldn’t find my name on their computer. If this office would like to see improvement, hire new front desk receptionists.

I had called here to see if they do emergency walk-in. The receptionist said yes come tomorrow between 9am to 1pm. I get there at 11am she says they are not taking walk-in today. She never said why not and she was the one who said come. Also she didnt tell me to go to the ER or another dentist if i was in severe pain. Very unprofessional. I will never return here or recommend this dentist.
