Center City Emergency Dentist

Appointment was at 11:00. I arrived at 10:40 to fill out paperwork and was seen by the dentist by 11:48. I get that all appointments take different amounts of time and that it’s not a barbershop, so I’m not mad just expressing that there was a long wait. The dentist was nice and helpful. The young lady at the front desk was a stand out as far as having genuine hospitality. She was lovely and helpful to the older gentleman ahead of me. Thanks again!

The staff were very pleasant and nice. Able to work with any patient for whatever needs that needed to be met. Me personally, I have a lot work that needs to be done on my mouth. They found all the problems and solutions. I will be following up with appointments because they are outstanding at what they do. Was able to be seen very quickly. In a timely manner. And basically had the answers to all my questions. All of them.

Incredible! Everyone was absolutely wonderful. I called in with a very extensive emergency and they were able to have me seen only an hour later. Staff was so thoughtful, helpful, and had excellent bedside manner. The doctors took the time to explain every step. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work due to some really horrible past experiences, but the staff immediately made me feel comfortable. They 100% earned my trust. All of my concerns were addressed, and they didn't let me walk out the door until I was feeling pain free and beautiful again. Will definitely be recommending CCED to everyone I know.

CCED is by far the best dentist office I have ever been to by far! Incredible service, the DAs and doctors make you feel seen, heard and comfortable! And they’re all so nice from the reception desk to the specialists and everyone in between. I’m typically very anxious with dental procedures but they will do everything they can to make the process smooth and easy for you! I’m making the rest of my family switch to CCED for sure!

Beautiful dental office. Very modern and clean. The staff makes you feel so relaxed. I had a tooth extraction. I didn't know the tooth had been removed as it was painless. The needle numbing injections were almost painless too. I really give the staff a 5-star rating. I would give them 10 stars if allowed. I highly recommend them you will not be disappointed. I finally found my permanent dental practice that I will go to again and again.

I’m only a first timer here, but I have really enjoyed my time with the doctors and staff here. I was in a lot of pain but they all treated me well, talked to me kindly, and ensured I was in and out. I left very satisfied that I came. It was Comfortable and felt like I was at the spa not going to lie lol. But do not forget it is still the dentist!! They were nice and professional and took care of every single need of mine. I loved my first visit here. Thank you guys!

The young lady at the front desk was pleasant and efficient. The doctor was friendly and fast. To be honest, everyone I came in contact with was kind. I was seen as a walk in but went right back as soon as my paperwork was complete. My only request is that you give the girl behind the front desk a stool at least so she can sit when patients are not checking in. I work in a doctors office and can't imagine standing on my feet for 8 hours a day.

I have been going to CCED since 2018. Before the pandemic hit, they were great! Scheduling was on point, service was excellent. Since 2020, however, they cannot seem to get it together. Their scheduling department is atrocious, appointments are cancelled day-of or moved without any warning. Just this morning, my husband arrived for his 11:40am appointment (confirmed via text) and was told his appointment was at 11, and he would now need to reschedule. Their billing department is also an absolute headache. They have twice submitted things to my insurance incorrectly causing incorrect bills to be sent to us, and even in the process of fixing the mistake, we will receive threatening emails and texts that our "past due" payments are going to collections.

The only reason I have continued to go here in spite of all of this frustration is the doctors and hygienists are excellent. But I will be looking for a new dentist ASAP. My suggestions would be to avoid this place all together.

Called on a Friday, got a Sunday morning appointment. First visit for a routine exam and cleaning. Can I just say that the office is BEAUTIFUL! The staff was friendly and professional…they were careful to explain every step of the way. I was in and out in a little over an hour. I searched high and low for a dentist with evening/weekend hours, this place is open 7 days a week! A GEM! I had a great experience and I’ll return in 6 months!

Everyone here had great bedside manner. The actual tooth extraction, infection cleaning and bone graft took about 5 minutes. I would recommend this place to anyone everywhere else had weeks long wait and they hustle to get everyone in that needs help.
