Elegance in Dentistry

My experience at Elegance Dentistry was amazing. From scheduling to going in for my follow up visit. The facility is clean and the staff is super professional, courteous and caring. I had to have gingivectomy and the staff walked me through the procedure, held my hand and ensured that it would go smoothly. The doctor was amazing as she took her time to explain the process and made sure I knew what to expect. When I returned for my follow up she was so excited to see the results and happy with the outcome. I fully recommended their practice.

It's been years since I was seen by a dentist because of fear. I took a chance and googled dentist near me and selected Elegance in Dentistry. I was not disappointed. I just left their office with a bright smile and complete satisfaction. From the time that I entered their door, I was at ease. The registration, x-ray and exam process was excellent. Dr. Adam's was thorough, professional and had an excellent chair manner.

I will say the back office staff was friendly but honestly my first visit with them I felt like a customer not a patient. I didn’t really like the statement “Well when you make a payment then you can schedule your follow up appointment, call us when you have your payment” I do understand that is some office’s policy however, as I stated, it made me feel like a customer not a patient. My review is just MY experience, not to sway anyone away from that office. They really do have nice back office staff.

Staff were very friendly and attentive to my dental details. I was nervous since I haven’t been to the dentist in about 2 years due to Covid. My experience was very painless and they took great care of me!!

Str explained my procedure with good detail... I especially like having the option to contact the Dr on his cell phone if needed. Post procedure instructions were clearly provided too! Great office to come to for services!

The woman who did my xrays was nice and very professional so was the hygienist. My name and address were incorrect and the receptionist said that it didn't matter. It DOES matter. The dentist didn't tell me I needed any fillings and when I went to schedule my follow up appointment I was told by the receptionist. I thought this was unprofessional on his part. My appointment was scheduled and I was informed that if I didn't cancel I would incur a $75 fee however my appointment slip didn't even have the date or time of my next appointment on it. I also feel that my personal information as far as my exam should not be disclosed to the receptionist, especially when they discuss it out loud at the desk. When I arrived at my appointment another patient in the lobby was there for a crown on her teeth, I know that because it was openly discussed.I did not feel this office would be a good fit for me so I came back in from the parking lot and canceled my follow up appointment. I am a clinician myself so there is a certain standard I expect and I don't feel like this place can meet that so I will take my business elsewhere.

Services are great. Dr Adams made me feel comfortable with all procedures would recommend Elegance in Dentistry to anyone needing dental services. All dental Assistants are professional and respectful.

I was greeted by Kim with great enthusiasm making me feel very welcomed. Karen escorted me from the waiting room into the dental chair with warmth and graciousness. My dental assistant (so sorry to have forgotten her name) and Dr. Adam's provided excellent service. Thank you.

Kind, courteous staff, flexible scheduling for people that work full-time, accessible location. Dr. Adams provides excellent suggestions for oral care. Wait time was a little long, possibly due to holiday.
