Philadelphia Dentistry

From scheduling my appointment, to my appointment reminders and COVID precautions and guidelines, my first visit was stellar. Check in was a breeze. Sara, my hygienist was very thorough with my cleaning and explaining some minor gum issues and ways to keep up with my at home care. My examination with Dr. Jeon was great. She made some recommendations due to my teeth grinding while I sleep, that I am highly considering. Overall very pleased with visit, examination and cleaning.

I’ve always heard about very scammy dental places that get you to think there are a million things wrong with your teeth but never thought I’d actually end up at one. Sorry to say that Philly dentistry seems to be that. Very friendly staff- but quickly signed me up for appointments and a dental plan to fix all of these problems that were going to turn into cavities at some point. Just went to the dentist 6mos ago and none of these spots were mentioned. Then presented me with a 2,000 bill at the end. No thank you- will be trying to find a small family owned dentist that’s local.

Philadelphia Dentistry is a fabulous establishment. The patient service is superb and the environment is relaxing and tidy. I appreciate the humor and delight of the staff, especially Dr. Jen and Erin. I look forward to my appointments every time.

Amazing customer service - awesome pick if you're looking for cosmetic work, or just a new dentist for general work! Extremely transparent regarding costs and any questions you may have. The staff treated me like I had been a client for years. I had multiple dental appointments for cosmetic work and I felt so comfortable calling and asking questions, I probably got on their nerves! But I felt like I was calling friends! Good work Philly Dentistry - customer service really is key.

Ken Cirka and team have made "going to the dentist" something I actually look forward to! The level of care they provide is exceptional. In my 5+ years going there, they have literally never kept me waiting more than 5 mins in the waiting room. They take the time to get to know their patients, and provide plans / recommendations that fit our needs. And it's actually a pleasure to come see them every 6 months. Thanks for the great care!

The experience I have had at Philly dentistry is so comfortable, easy and efficient. I trust their performance and they make everything simple to understand. Every employee is so kind and welcoming — not to mention the view is amazing from the 13th floor!

They are most pleasant and you feel like one of family Dr Rodgers is wonderful and so is his assistant. Had a crown done procedure was fast and painless I would recommend them to all😘

I love Philadelphia dentistry! I feel very comfortable and at ease on every visit. Eva did a great job on my cleaning. She explained step by step and seem to really care about her patient. I been to other dentist offices before and had aweful experiences. The Dentist don’t really communicate with me and they just do their job without explaining anything nor do they give instructions afterwards. Here at Philadelphia dentistry everyone is so friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend people to come here.

I went in for a cleaning with some gum issues due to stress about a month ago and they decided that I needed a "deep cleaning" which cost almost $200 (twice as much as normal), and then told me I needed another >$800 work which included another "deep cleaning" in two weeks, a filling for a cavity, and a night mouth guard.

Instead, I purchased a custom night guard online for a third of the price and went to a different dentist today for a followup cleaning because their prices were more reasonable. This other dentist told that my teeth and gums look perfectly healthy with no cavities and that I absolutely didn't need a cleaning and the night guard was unnecessary but probably wouldn't hurt.

However, the staff are very pleasant and the hygienist did a thorough cleaning. But if you feel like paying way more than normal and getting services that you don't need, go here.
