One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had at the dentist. As a new patient everything was fantastic from the beginning. The receptionist was able to get me in for an appointment the next day. The waiting room is comfortable and relaxing and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. There was hardly any wait and Dr. Kansal was warm and knowledgeable. I left with a diagnosis, the proper scripts, and a referral. I highly recommend this practice!

Amazing office, they go out of their way to be understanding, kind and gentle. They’ve worked with me when i had weird insurance and schedule. They have always listened to me and made everything as painless and comfortable as possible. Thank you!

Rittenhouse Dentist is literally the best dentist experience I’ve ever had. The space is immaculate snd stylish. The service is friendly. Communication is clear and technologically savvy. Personal text msgs remind me of appointments and I can text back with specific questions. Likewise, Dr. Balin is the absolute best. Her upbeat, positive attitude is only matched by the EXCELLENT work she has done on my teeth! She uses the latest technology and her skill creates a painless experience that leaves me marveling that THAT was a dentist appointment. Plus, they go the extra mile. I recently had to come in with my dog. Dr. Balin calmed my dog before working on my teeth. :) The pooch got to watch her handiwork! Lol!

I know a lot of people don't love going to the dentist, but I can honestly say I LOVE going to the wonderful folks at Rittenhouse Dentists. They are kind, courteous, and listen to your every need (and fear!) before getting started. They did an excellent job with my filling and always take care of me on cleanings. Highly recommended!

Rittenhouse Dentists is by far the best dentist's office I've been too. They make you feel welcome and comfortable every time you walk in. They treat you like daily. They have an option to watch Netflix while having work done and that is amazing for distracting someone who is nervous about dental work. Dr Balin is especially great. She takes a lot of pride in investing in her patients. She's always making sure you feel at ease and her work is always amazing. I'd highly recommend going to Rittenhouse Dentists.

I've been a patient since 2016 and have always had a positive experience. I typically see Dr. Balin and she is fantastic. Recently I saw Dr. Pesis and he was also great. Both have done a wonderful job on replacing old fillings. I am trying to get my husband to switch to Rittenhouse Dentists.
I have Delta Dental - since August 2019 they're no longer a Premier Provider at this particular location. They notified me several times before my appointment and explained I'd have to pay upfront. I had no surprises - which was great. I've had no issues being reimburse by DD. The front desk has been completely transparent with the cost of my copay and responsive to any questions.

I had a very sensitive tooth and they have been extra careful and gone out their way to ensure they are gentle with it. I had an issue with the same tooth during my pregnancy and they saw me immediately, and I went in with my worst fears of having to get a root canal - turns it I only needed a filling. The whole experience was great; they used pregnancy safe numbing medicine, and they set me up with tv goggles to keep my mind preoccupied while they worked in my mouth. Overall lovely experience.

First time with Dr. Balin and her technician, Bliss. Had to build up a tooth fragment to replace a crown. Fast, friendly, efficient, competent. A wow altogether. Finally - a wonderful dentist!!

My appointment was close to their closing time and it was very apparent that neither the hygienist nor the dentist wanted to be there cleaning my teeth. I've never had such a quick exam or cleaning even though my teeth are super healthy. I was a new patient and wasn't asked about my dental habits or history, they simply tried to get me out the chair as quickly as they could. Didn't even get floss or a new toothbrush!
