When I lived in West Philadelphia I was a patient of Dr Richter. I moved to center city and was pleased he moved his practice to center city as well and founded Rittenhouse dentists. I was very satisfied with his practice. When he retired, I was unsure of who would take over his practice but decided to give it a try and found the service to be far more personal and caring then I was accustomed to. I can’t praise the group of dentists more than giving them only fife stars.
