Prior to going to Rittenhouse the concept of an upscale dentist never really crossed my mind. Yet... here we are. It’s like a spa. Everyone is extremely professional and warm, knowledgeable, and communicate what’s going on well. So far I’ve been going only for Botox tmj treatments, but I now have insurance they’re in-network with so my next cleaning and check up will definitely be here.

Highly professional & organized. Smoothest dental work I've had. Very attentive to patients' needs. Excellent scheduling and staff, nicest environment I've experienced in decades.

My visit was great! I love the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the establishment. I loved the fact that my Pandora station from my last visit played during my services. Although it was a bit chilly, I was grateful for the blanket that was offered to me so that i could be warn while the awesome hygienist attacked the plaque. Definitely recommending this dentist to my friends and family. Dr. Kansal is the best!!!!

Best dentist I have ever been to. I cannot say enough positive things about the entire experience from the scheduling, to the reminders, to the actual service (timeliness, friendliness, professionalism), to the comfort, cleanliness, modernness of the office.

Was told on my first and only visit (around 2017?) that I had 4 cavities that needed to be filled asap. The estimate was insanely high and after weeks of going back and forth with them, I finally decided to get an estimate elsewhere. The other dentist that I saw after said I didn't have cavities at all. No need to fill anything. We even did additional x-rays. Nope, no cavities. All I can say is wow. I don't know what happened to make them think I had cavities but I'm really happy I got a second opinion. I would have paid hundreds of dollars and needlessly had my teeth drilled.

Easy check-in upon arrival, timely and thorough cleaning by Dana, and pleasant annual check-up by Dr. Silen Balin. Overall facilities seemed clean and bright and well-equipped with air filtration/circulation machines.

I always have an amazing experience with Dr Silen Balin. She explained all the treatment and has lots of experience. The Rittenhouse is very friendly and very welcoming. I highly recommend!

I feel as though I need to leave a review after every experience at Ritt Dentists because every visit is that amazing. I have had an irrational fear of dental workout entire life. I dread even teeth cleanings. Not anymore. I look forward to having Dr Balin work on my teeth because she is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, gentle and efficient. The reason for this visit was a slight emergency...I broke a filling and it was danger close to my nerve. They were able to squeeze me in. Dr Balin was on vacation and Dr Kansas was able to see me. She was just as professional, courteous and kind as her coworkers. Wow. If you are shopping around for a new dental home I strongly suggest Ritt Dental. The office is staffed entirely by beautiful, talented professionals.

Came here at my wife's urging. I hadn't gotten a cleaning in a long time, so it was due. The office is very clean and nicely laid out. Allison at reception was super inviting, handed me an iPad to fill in my patient information, and I was in the back within 15 minutes. My hygienist, Elise, was friendly. She took xrays and we went over them. She was very good at giving me a heads up about my dental health without being pushy about services. She did a great job of cleaning and polishing my teeth.

Because I had a cavity, they were able to schedule an appointment with Dr. Balin the next day. I came in, they numbed up the area using topical and then injection anesthesia, always taking the time to explain each step and ask how I was feeling. They even put lip balm on so your lips don't dry out (nice touch!). They offered to let me watch Netflix through screening goggles while they did the procedure. So I caught up on Walking Dead while they worked.

I was really happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend their services to anyone who needs dental work. They also take dental insurance, which was a big plus for me.
