The care I receive at Rittenhouse Dentists is always professional. The entire staff is friendly and always makes me feel confident. They go out of their way to create a relaxing environment.

I love this practice. They called me to tell me that they were running late and asked if I could come later, so I didn't have to wait around the waiting area. I love that. Such initiative, wish more places could value their patients' time.
Also got a nice paraffin wax treatment complimentary with my teeth cleaning. All in, I felt taken care of, pampered and knowing that the team did not scrimp and save at the expense of the patient's care.

it's a little late but after moving out of the city, I got a new dentist, and they commented on the fillings I got here saying "look at how good these fillings are! they're like little individual works of art!"
and I mean I've never been super excited about dentistry, but I knew i made a good choice coming here for dental work, after that interaction. If I ever move back to Philly, I have to come back here, because I'll never get that kind of assurance in a dentist again.

Great place! They didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need (like my previous dentist) and they understand how insurance works (unlike my previous dentist). Also, everyone was really nice and they have a spot on their paperwork for preferred name, which I think is really important.

I've been a patient here for years. Lovely professional staff, beautiful office, have never waited longer than 5 minutes for my appointment. #Bestdentistever

There is no way for me to ever say I enjoy going to the dentist, having battled with almost every dentist I've had throughout my life. But I love this place, the people, the care provided and the efficient and professional dental work. Wish I had been coming here 2 decades ago!

They are the nicest group of ladies I’ve come across when it comes to dental and Botox care. I’ve been with this group for a few years. Always fearing the dentist due to bad experiences prior (and a dental practice in the city that used scare tactics to create these crazy quotes for procedures I actually didn’t need), I came here with open arms. They’re professional, down to earth, a breeze with scheduling, and nothing has ever been painful or dreadful. I recommend them to anyone. Same for Botox (whether cosmetic or dental, I’ve had both done and love it).

I see Dr. Balin. She's great. Nice kind and especially a great doctor. Everytime I come here, the appointment is spot on. I never wait after the appointment time, and if I do, it's only a few minutes tops!

I just moved here from NYC, and I kept my dentist for years after moving. I was afraid to find a new dentist, not knowing if they were going to be good or not. But Dr. Balin is amazing! I'm sure everyone here is amazing. I know the staff is amazing. I'm glad I went here.
