At first it was a great experience. I had several procedures done in preparation of having implants done on my top row of teeth. They sent me to Greentree to have a scan done and I was told after they review the scan they would call me to schedule my extraction. Two months went by and I didn't receive a call so I called and was told that the person handling my work just up and quit but they would have someone else take over were they left off . They made a appointment with me so we could talk and the new person would be caught up to speed . The day before the appointment they contacted me and said the new dentist needed to go on maternity leave so they would refer me to another dentist. After waiting for a opening at the new dentist I went and they informed me that they will not accept scans or x-rays from other dentist so I will need to pay to have them done again. Then after scanning my mouth and examining me they told me they need to basically start from scratch and redo everything I have had done the past year at the Dentistry. All I wanted was to have my top row of teeth fixed and after a lot of money and a lot of time I am no closer to having it done.

The entire staff was amazing!!!! They all made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The dental technician was extremely knowledgeable & even provided me with information about my dentures that previous dentists never told me! From the front desk to the dentist herself (Kathy Lopez), everyone was so kind!!!!!

The staff is extremely helpful and nice,I haven't been to the dentist in a few years and was a little nervous but they all made me very comfortable . Kelsey was awesome very good at her job and very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as she cleaned and did exrays. Dr. Werner explained everything to me and was very helpful

I chose this business because of the reviews. They gushed about the customer service and I am happy to report that those reviews are absolutely 100% TRUE! All interactions with the dentist, dental hygienist, and secretary were so positive.
Also, the actual service they provide was stellar! The dental hygienist was gentle enough with the cleaning that I didn’t notice any bleeding at all, but she was still able to get the cinnamon coffee stains disappear no problem (A big worry I had prior to the visit).
The dentist was informative and communicated everything in easy to understand terms, making sure I understood and open to questions and follow up questions.
The secretary was super informative and gave me great info on ways of supplementing my insurance coverage if needed and was very helpful to work around scheduling.
I’ve gone through quite a bit of dentists, moving around a bit, and I couldn’t be happier that I’ve landed near this one!
10/10 will return!

Overall visit scary to finish was A 1. Fast to. Dr pulled a tooth and I was on my way in less than 1hr. The staff are kind and caring to your needs. I am 47 years old and this is by far my best experience with a dentist. Recommend highly!!!!! Get your Teeth fixed by the Dentistry,you won’t be disappointed!

I have been going to the Pleasant Hills Dentistry for a few years now and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff members are extremely nice and helpful. I have been seeing Dr. Wenner for a while now, he is very kind and a great dentist. I am in the process of getting an implant tooth and it hasn’t been as awful as I thought it was going to be! Definitely recommend this place. :)

April 23, 2019 was my first visit. Beautiful office. Kelsey the hygienist was knowledgeable and very good technique. The dentist was informative with a treatment plan but not did not pressure me to decide on anything immediately. My only complaint was that I wasn’t informed the panoramic X-ray was not covered by my plan. I will definitely go back!
