I am very impressed with them. They got me in for an emergency even though I was never there before. The experience when I went in was great. Massaging chair, TV overhead. No pain to me. They were so accommodating with everything. Even making my next appointment. Would definitely recommend them. And Liz, Tracy and the girl on the phone were top notch.

Great experience my first visit! My dental hygienist was so nice and walked me through every step of the way and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. The dentist who worked on me also was great! Great friendly staff all around

The stars for this rating are strictly for Dr. Costello, the majority of the rest of the staff here are some of the most incompetent and ill mannered people; thus why the rating is so low. Being that this office does sedation, I decided to use them on the recommendation of my wife.
What a pain that is. The office staff and the billing person assume that since MetLife has strict guidelines, they deny just about any claim with sedation. Not true, MetLife denied this time and again. When in fact the office staff are just truly lazy and want to bill for charges and get paid when they're not due payment. It took nearly 90 days to get the office to refund our extremely overpaid bill.
And now comes a visit for this year. My wife and I both have mentioned NUMEROUS times as a reminder that I am a sedation patient. It's less than a week before my appointment, and they call after I send a message. One to remind us of a balance that is being paid on as per agreed upon by Dr. Costello, but the office staff hold this over our heads like a badge of shame. But the best part? The girl says that they only give me nitrous for a cleaning AFTER I already explained that I was sedation last time.
I'm officially done with this incompetence and rudeness. Not sure why general office staff get to speak to patients the way they do at this office and keep getting away with it.
Well, the poor office staff just 2 more patients to this practice.

I was so pleased by the kindness, professionalism and sense of ease in which the staff conveyed to me in my visit. Each of the staff were so friendly and considerate. I would highly recommend this dentistry team to anyone looking for a quality and calm experience!

I was there today for a cleaning and saw Kayla and Dr. Mike (forgive me if that’s not his name — he was filling in for Dr. Costello today.) Kayla is always excellent, gentle, candid (which I love) and extremely personable. I just adore her! She even took the time to show my X-rays to me and explain what she was seeing. Dr. Mike was also so kind and spoke in a way that most doctors don’t these days. He used the proper dental terminology but still explained it in a way that I, someone with no dental expertise, could perfectly understand. Additionally, he was professional, warm and kind. I look forward to seeing him for my next visit, even if it will require a needle!
I always have great experiences at Polit and Costello, but this time around was just different and refreshing!

Dr Polit and Dr Costello are the most caring dentists I ever went to. They make you feel so at ease and tell you everything they’re going to do. Also, they have great beside manners. The staff is amazing! I have had nothing but good experiences whenever I was there.

A different doctor came in to check my teeth after my cleaning, but he was super friendly and complimented my teeth a lot. It's nice to get confirmation that you're preforming a good dental routine. He also was able to help me out with a small chip in my one tooth by filing it down a little so it wasn't as sharp.

Absolutely phenomenal!!! Both doctors and staff make you feel comfortable and always welcome you with a bright smile!! I’ve been a patient from the day they opened their doors and never felt an ounce of pain or discomfort. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Absolutely the best! I have had an enormous fear, and that's putting it mildly, of going to the dentist. (Coming from a childhood trauma) I went to multiple others but no one treated me the way Dr. Polit and Dr. Costello do... along with their staff. I actually enjoy going now... and have had no dental issues in years because of their outstanding work.
