I loved my experience at this dental office. I was able to check in via text and didn’t have to check in at the counter. I had the pleasure of becoming a new patient with Kayla. She made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I pre filled out my form’s online (which was another plus). She reviewed my file before I came to her room and was asking questions to better understand my concerns and health. She explained an overview of what a new patient exam would consist of. Then as she was doing each exam/X-ray she would why and what she was doing. She also gave me a routine to follow and made sure I understood what I needed to do at home and even extended the offer for me to call into the office and ask for her if I had any question while at home. Overall wonderful experience.
