I love you guys and my hygienist, Renee, too! I am the most petrified person when it comes to getting dental work. I used to cringe, be late for my dental appointments because I had several bad experiences with other dentists. However, that's not the case since I started going to P&CD. You have made me feel at ease with your caring disposition and exceptional dental services that I can't wait to get to my appointment and arrive early. I'm 45 minutes away but your worth the trip. Further, I brag about where I go for dental care because I think you are the best at what you do and provide the kind of caring service customers thirst to find. Hadn't been to the dentist in a while and was recommended Polit and Costello. They were fantastic and have been for every visit. Gina is my hygienist and she put me at ease and was so nice and friendly. They are very gentle I've had no discomfort at any of my cleanings. The Doctors are great and explain everything to you. I have recommended them to many people and will continue to do so.

Was on hold for 4 minutes just to make an appointment. Went for a cleaning and ended up being there from my scheduled appointment time to when I was FINALLY finished for almost 2 HOURS. Another patient was waiting so long with me in the waiting room that she told the staff "I have been waiting so long I have to reschedule". Someone had driven me there. They were not informed about the extensive delays once I was finally taken for the cleaning. The only other time I had a dentist be so inefficient. I stopped going to him. I found a new dentist, a single practitioner who is much more efficient.
