This is my first time ever leaving a review online. After a bad experience at another office, I went to A+ because they took my insurance. I was in serious pain and needed a root canal. I read reviews and was nervous to go because of some of the negative feedback. Well, I am happy I found out for myself and went. The front staff fit me into the schedule very quickly and Dr. MGK did an amazing job at explaining everything and calming my nerves (especially on my first visit). Even with a seemingly busy schedule it didn’t feel rushed and I felt taken care of. My 5 year old daughter also came with, and on each occasion they were so sweet to her and even gave her toys. So happy to have found a dentist that I can trust!

I was seen today, 9/1/22, for a consultation to get oral surgery done… I have SEVERE dental anxiety based on years of tooth pain, past experiences at dentists that were extremely painful and the fact that my teeth are so extremely sensitive to even light touch.
Kerri did my x-rays and provided exceptional care to me. I just had an extraction a few days ago, so I was very nervous about even the x-rays since my mouth is still very sore. Kerri eased my anxiety immediately, she answered all questions that I had, and explained everything she was doing. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient with me and my anxiety. If I could give a zero to this place I would. I came in with EXTREME tooth pain. I need 2 extractions done. They have NO kind of anesthesia, so I had to make an appointment with the oral surgeon in the same building. My appointment isnt until Oct. 22. Almost a month from now! They said the Oral Surgeon only comes in ONCE A MONTH. You can't get through to the physical office, you have to get through to an answering service. It's a huge runaround and no one gets back to you. I will Never go back again!!!!!
