I’ll admit, I read the reviews and was a little nervous since they were either 1 or 5 stars, but I am shocked! The service for me was great! Everyone was very polite and they made sure to explain everything before they did it. I had to get cavities filled, but Dr. Hong carefully explained and showed the cavalries himself. He didn’t numb my mouth, but he was very slow incase of any pain, which there was none! It was quick and as far as I’m concerned, it got the job of dentist done! Don’t be scared away by bad reviews, experience it for yourself, especially if you don’t have many options due to insurance :)

I've been coming here for about two years and I have always felt comfortable coming in for whatever reason - routine cleaning or suspected infection/problem. I used to have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, and while Dr. Hong is very honest about what is going on I have never felt judged or scared. I know that he is going to offer whatever care is necessary and suggestions for what I can do on my own. The hygienists and desk staff are so supportive. I also never wait too long, both in the office and requesting an appointment - their ability to stick to a schedule is unmatched to any doctor's office I've ever been to and I've never had to wait more than a week to be seen.

Horrible place call with severe toothach. Get a call back end of day from a service saying the office would yhen get back to me with an emergency appointment time 2 days later not a worf. The pain is unbearable. Call around to local reputable dentist you will be so much better off

thanks for deleting my first, honest review where i talked about how i never got x rays done and he shaved off half of one of my teeth in the back of my mouth and when another one of my fillings fell out 2 days after it got worked on, i was told they couldnt fix it until 5 days after the fact. i also made sure to mention that i was 9 months pregnant at the time and the nerve was exposed making it extremely difficult to eat and drink, causing way more stress to me and my baby, which could've been avoided by simply avoiding this office.

PLEASE READ UPDATE BELOW. Great experience here as a first time patient. Staff was friendly, the office although maybe slightly dated in the waiting room was very clean feeling. All involved in my procedures were nice and open about everything. Dentist did seem to be rushed however the work was excellent quality, guess he is just a fast worker. They had me sign a contract with the work to be done and pricing before doing the work which was great. One reviewer did post they had problems with extra bills after the visit so since this was only the first day, I will update to 5 stars or lower depending on my experience with billing
UPDATE: My first appointment had 4 cavities filled. My second appointment 6 months later also had 4 cavities filled, however I had no sensitivity before my second visit. Now I have fairly annoying sensitivity on both sides of my lower teeth. Again the dentist seemed rushed, and did not allow the Novocaine to set in. I felt everything. I did confront him afterwards about the issue. He took the criticism well and still seems like a knowledgeable person. However due to the now existing sensitivity after a few months have gone by and the rushing of work twice now, I can't say whether or not I would recommend someone visit this facility. There are other dentists within, and maybe they would be better suited to your needs.

We had a wonderful experience! Everyone was so nice. They were very good with my son who has ASD, they were very good at explaining to him what they were doing and they made him feel comfortable. He actually enjoyed his visit! Thank you!

I had my appointment today at this dental office and i had an amazing experience. Steve is a great Regional Manager and treat all the patients very well. Dr and staff were very friendly. I would recommended this office and 5 stars for them!!!
