Serenity Advanced Dentistry

This office was absolutely wonderful. The front desk ladies made me feel welcome. The one front desk lady did everything to make sure I had an appointment because I was in pain. Some other offices had turned me away, but not Serenity! The Hygienist Francesca was very good she made sure i was comfortable at all times, very sweet. The dentist himself was very good and friendly, he made sure he explained everything thoroughly to me, and gentle with my teeth which i appreciated. I would recommend this Dentistry to anyone in the area or even looking for a new Dentist to try out. They all make you feel like family, and to those of us who are nervous about going to appointments like these, it makes a huge difference. Thank you to everyone who made me feel wonderful and comfortable!

This place is the best! They are so gentle, kind and friendly, it feels like you are visiting friends. They make sure you are comfortable and that you understand what's going on while they work in you. I have extreme anxiety when it comes to dental work and they handle it so well. I highly recommend this practice!! I will never go anywhere else.

I'm not even sure when to begin. I'm TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. I had put it off for years. I read the reviews and thought, if I'm going anywhere, it might as well be a place with massage chairs.
The reviews you read here are accurate. They really went out of their was to make me comfortable.
1. It doesn't smell like a typical dentist office.
2. They have good music playing, not elevator music.
3. The front desk team was very sweet.
4. When they took me back, there was a big sign with my name on it welcoming me.
5. The chairs really have heat and massage features.
6. They gave me a weighted blanket and a stress ball to squeeze.
7. The hygienist kept me distracted with stories and conversation, all the while, telling me exactly what she was doing and why.
8. Even though each room is private (thank goodness), I heard lots of things I don't typically hear at the dentist, laughter.
9. The Dentist was laid back, knowledgeable and funny.
10. After your x-rays and looksie around your mouth, the Hygienist, Dentist and Treatment Planner all sit with you and discuss your plan based on priority and affordability.
11. There is no up selling, wildly expensive suggestions of things you don't need, which is not typical.
Overall, I can say it was a pleasant experience and even though I have to go back for an issue, I can say that I won't have to get myself all worked up. They really take care of you here and it was a very comfortable experience.

This awesome doctor and his brilliant staff got me in for an emergency consult today. Ann at the front desk did her best and delivered to get me in today and was absolutely so friendly and clear with how they operate. A very different setting then I’m used to but amazing staff between having photos taken and being explained everything to them being understanding and sympathetic towards me. I’ve gone to different dentist when my regular one couldn’t see me who had very rude and condescending staff. Here; they understand that not everyone has insurance or has problems in life and refuse to pass judgment on you; as well as get to know you! Dr. Taormina Listens and helps set up a game plan; while also Incorporating my primary dentist in the equation and is ok if I get anymore fillings or cleanings done by her (she doesn’t do root canals) very happy to have found this place and will be my go to for any urgent emergencies or when my regular dentist is booked up!

As a patient of Serenity Dentistry for nearly 9 years i can say w/ complete confidence that the entire staff are truly outstanding in every way. As an example of this, just before Christmas 2022 I was starting to have a dental problem. I contacted the office an Anne answered the phone. Anne set an appointment for me to meet my availability. She anticipated other potential needs including a prescription for antibiotics in case my tooth became absessed. She scheduled my appointment with additional time in case I needed and extraction. I just want to thank all involved for both their competence and thoughtfulness in delivering consistently excellent care.

Moved to the area, and finally settled, in looking at reviews for a dentist and taking in consideration of recomendations, I decided to go to Serenity. A wonderful staff, beautiful relaxing office, Dr. Taorimina is fantastic, warm, friendly. They made my first visit a great experience, with a knowledgable staff that took their time, explained each step. I highly recommend Serenity Denistry.

This place left me speechless. After leaving my dentist in New Jersey that I had been using for 25 years, I never thought I would be comfortable enough to use anyone else. How wrong I was. I was highly recommended to Serenity Advanced Dentistry from a close friend that I trust. He said why are you traveling 2 hours when you have the best right here. There were never more true spoken words than those. Not only is Dr Taorino is a master of Dentistry, he is kind and makes you feel like you are his only patient. The staff is also amazing. They are knowledgeable, patient, and will do absolutely anything to make you feel comfortable.
Ann is extremely efficient. She goes over everything with you and spends all the time with you that you need.
The office is clean and all the equipment is state of the art including the heated, massaging dental chairs. I could go on and on but all I can say is give them a try and you too.will be running home to write the same review I just wrote.

The staff at Serenity Advanced is so kind and caring. They always get me in quick when I have an issue. Dr. Taormina is an excellent dentist with a great bed side manner.

I would love to say that after being traumatized from a previous dental experience in New York 14 years ago, Serenity Advanced Dentistry has made me feel safe, comfortable, and can say they have given me my smile back. 😊

Dr Taormina is the only dentist i trust to touch my smile. Love the work that he does. Great doctor and great staff.
