This business is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL and a bunch of thieves!!! I had dental surgery somewhere else that required xrays and I told Gentle Dental this when the receptionist told me that I would need xrays! I be doggone if when I went to have an appointment with them, they tried to run my insurance for xrays again to no avail and then tried to charge me $99.00 for xrays!!! They told me that I would have to pay $99.00 for xrays so that they could have xrays on my mouth, when all I had to do was go get the other ones!!! I am contacting the BBB to see what can be done about this dentist office!!! I have filed a greivance with my insurance company, and I will not stop until something is done about this injustice!!! The receptionist is a sweetheart and I pray she finds another place of employment because this one will be closed down in JESUS NAME!!! They could careless about you dental needs or anything else for that matter!!! Ps. I only gave this one star so that I could post this! They don't deserve that!!!
