Not only is the staff extremely friendly but this is the first dentist practice I have gone to that I feel truly cares about the health of my teeth. They take time to attend to and address my specific needs as opposed to rushing through my appointments. They truly provide quality service. I am also able to setup appointments that are convenient for my schedule, and they are able to see me right away in terms of both scheduling appointments and once I arrive at the office; there is now wait.

While I am in the group of folks who do not like to go to the dentist, I have found the staff at Dean Dental very nice and more importantly professional, concerned and patient centered. They have always been above board with me in all aspects of care including cost. I was at the office recently to have a filling done on a top molar and I am particularly sensitive to drilling. After the first numbing didn't work, Dr. Dean had no problem giving me more numbing TWICE to ensure that I was able to tolerate the procedure well. I expect to go there for the rest of my life providing the staff outlive me!!
