Needed an appointment for a teeth that had chipped. Apparently I had a past bill in 2016 that I knew nothing about and it was sent to collections so I had to pay balance before making an appointment. I paid balance and let the girl know that I needed either a Thursday or a Friday due to working third shift and I got attitude. I set appointment but will be looking somewhere else.

I had an unexpected issue arise with one of my teeth that needed attention right away. The staff were great at getting me in to see Dr Edelman in a timely manner. Dr Edelman repaired my tooth with the best solution for me, not the procedure that would be the most profitable for the practice. She is the most compassionate and talented dentist I’ve ever been to.

5 stars for the entire staff at Dental Health Services and in particular, Dr. Edelman. I felt comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Edelman and her assistant were very thorough and honest and explained my procedure with great detail. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Keep up the great work DHS Wyomissing.
