I cannot praise them enough for the help they provided me. One day after coming to Guam I broke my top front tooth. They had an appt for me the next day and evaluated my situation. They recommended I see a periodontist but unfortunately the periodontist did not take my insurance. The dentist called me the next day and said he would take care me. Dr. Eusebio and Janet built me a new tooth in an afternoon and it feels great. I cannot recommend them enough! Absolutely amazing team that value their patients and incredibly professional!

A representative named Roman called me twice yesterday about my claim being very rude and he kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain to him about it. Today I called and he was still being rude. I'm sorry but I guess that's how you treat a customer? I didn't know that when a customer is trying to talk, you talk over them and tell them no you didn't receive it. My insurance PAID you guys on June 23, 2017 and Ordot Dental CASHED it on July 7, 2017. So tell me how in the world am I responsible for this mistake. Also why am I being treated so rudely by Roman. I loved going to that clinic, but if I'm going to be treated like that... I'm sorry that is unacceptable.

We just had our cleanings/checkups at Ordot Dental today. The girls and I were so comfortable. The staff was fantastic to us, and super respectful of my hippie tendencies in asking them to not use fluoride on us. The girls were literally smiling and laughing the entire visit. The facility is one of the cleanest and nicest that I've ever been to...including in the states. The doctors were so helpful and listened to our questions and answered them with patience. My cleaning was truly the best I've ever had. I have never walked away so happy with work done to my teeth. They were patient with the girls, even when Emory started getting nervous. Towards the end they let me sit with her in my lap in the chair to finish the check up because she was getting antsy! (She's 2, and this was her first visit.) They were SUPER supportive of us being in the room with the girls, and they even let Dan bring Emory back to see me during my cleaning because she missed me. They hit the mark and exceeded it, and I am so thankful Katie Walter told me about them, because we are definitely sticking with Ordot as our dental facility for the rest of our time on Guam. I thought I'd share, as I know that the dentist question comes up quite often. I give them 5 stars, plus some! I told them I would send everyone I know there, so be sure to let them know I sent you. I want them to know how much their patience, kindness, and commitment to excellence meant to us.
