I am sure it's a nice place for any dental work but Michelle Arlene Borja has owed money to an individual good heart person and hasn't paid, because her Boss has been writing payday checks that can't be cash according to Ms. Borja. Makes me wonder if I want to consider referring my friends n families here. This is Michelle Arlene Borja. Please help convince her to pay what she owed and not use her employer for her excuse not paying what she owe people. Thank you

My stomach was in knots every time I thought about my sons dental procedure because it was going to be his first one. He had to get 2 root canals. As a kid I was traumatized going to the dentist and that was my main concern for my son. I’m so happy with the results, but I am so grateful to Dr.Terlaje for making sure my son wasn’t traumatized and in pain in the process. Excellent work and compassion makes an exceptional doctor. I don't often feel compelled to leave reviews, but Isa Dental warrants public praise after visiting twice. My daughter has sensitivity to various sounds and sensations. She tends to be very anxious in new environments and associating with new people. I was worried I wouldn't find a dental clinic with staff who'd be patient with her, but Dr. Terlaje and Ms. Jennifer were fantastic with my daughter. Dr. Terlaje and Ms. Jennifer were friendly, understanding, and professional; they make it a point to establish a relationship and trust with their patients. Parents are allowed to accompany their children for cleaning, but procedures require parents to remain in the waiting area. Isa Dental is clean and the staff are pleasant and helpful. My daughter gets excited to receive her goody bag, which contains a sticker, pencil, and sugar-free lollipop. Thank you, Isa Dental!

We were referred to Isa Dental after our bad experience at Reflection Dental. I am so proud of Caleb Jay for being such a big boy during the xray time! They even let him press this button before they take a new picture. However, when they tried to start cleaning he got scared. He started to cry out of no where. We both tried to calm him down. She was nice to even compromise and let him use my phone as she cleans with a regular toothbrush but he still got scared with the mirror tool she uses. He started to cry more and I started to scold because he rather watch my phone than listen to her. Because of the noise we started to make, they accommodated us by transferring him to a private enclosed room for more privacy. He was still scared and she understands that he must be tired from summer school. She even offered to have him try a morning appt and is willing to wait until his summer school ends on 07/15. At the end of our appt, she even told me “Mom you’re doing a good job.” and gave Caleb Jay kids mouth wash to try and advised us to floss more since he is starting to form some decay, other than that his teeth are good! I truly appreciate how patient the staff was with us and to hear that I’m doing a good job meant everything to me🥺 unlike that staff at Reflection Dental who made me feel like a bad mom for not taking my son to the dentist in a year because we didnt have insurance🙄 the audacity for her to ask me “So you didnt want to take him back?” when I already explained he DID NOT HAVE INSURANCE last year. Nonetheless, we are pleased with our first visit and are looking forward to going back. They even gave Caleb stickers, pencils, and a lollipop🥰

4/10/19 I call PARADISE SMILES (different dental office) about severe tooth pain in my middle bottom tooth (25). I am told to come in the following day at 8:30-9:30 as a "walk-in." Unable to sleep the entire night due to the intense pain I arrive 15 minutes early. Teary eyed, I sit upon the steps of the establishment in hopes they will remedy my suffering. 15 minutes later they unlock the door and ask how I am doing. I complain to 2 dental assistants about my intense pain, they even ask which tooth it is.(they seem to care) It is now about 8:45 and I'm sitting in the dental chair. During the pre-exam the dental assistant asks,"On a scale from 1-10 how bad is your pain." I reply before she even finishes asking the question, "10!" Shortly after, its time to take the X-ray of my teeth. The assistant inserts a HARD PLASTIC DEVICE (the one that holds the small tab in your mouth). She then tells me to BITE DOWN. BITE DOWN ON THE ONLY TOOTH IN MY MOUTH THAT HURTS.OUCH!!!!! I do it anyway and we get the x-ray. The Dentist Dr. Clay Hightower arrives at the threshold of my torture room, sits down, and says." You have no obvious sign of infection or cavities." He continues to say that its "probably caused by grinding of my teeth at night." micro-fractures and whatnot. (I'm not a dentist). He then proceeds to write me a PRESCRIPTION FOR MOTRIN AND ANTIBIOTICS. My entire goal was to alleviate pain. After less than 1 minute of examining my teeth, he writes prescriptions and says he has to go through the "MAIN DOCTOR" for permission/review to do anything on my teeth. Dr. Clay Hightower's demeanor was disgusting. He told me that since I don't want any medication, there is nothing we can do about it for now and i'll just have to endure the pain. I refuse medication because I know that MOTRIN WILL NOT FIX my pain. It will just turn a 10 to a 9.5 on the pain scale. I am adamant that something needs to be done here, and they tell me the "MAIN DOCTOR" only works 3 days a week in the

Dr. Terlaje at Isa Dental is hands down the worse "Pediatric Dentist" I've ever encountered. He doesn't have the child's best interest at heart. He has no problem arguing with parent in front of child patient who is already afraid and nervous. He does not listen to parents concerns but throws his own "opinion" around and refuses to see child because parents voice their concern. He is not professional nor has empathy for children. He really shouldn't be allowed to deal with children just because he has the title. You can't school common decency into people.

I brought my kids to ISA to see Dr. T. They had a great experience and were very comfortable there. Dr. T is great, he was very educated and knew all about my son’s rare condition when I brought it up. He does a lot of continuing education and seminars to stay current and he’s very friendly and trustworthy. The office is beautiful and clean and the equipment is all new and up to date.
