I've never been to Dr. Craig's office for myself but am giving it 5 stars cause I have known about the good work this place offers through my dad and my grandparents as well. Last time my dad went, they were even nice enough to let him make payments for the work they did on his teeth since he has no insurance and doesn't make a lot of money.That alone tells me they care more about the people then they do the money. I wonder if they still have their rabbits there where the people could watch while visiting the dentist.
My parents have been going to Dr. Craig for over ten years. They don't have any complaints. Seems to be a nice place for their needs. The cleaning schedule is pretty packed but they will work you in of there is a cancellation. By the looks of the pics on the wall they also are community oriented and sponsor local youth league teams.
I have no problem giving a 5 star rating here. The office is amazing. The staff is very friendly and they do great work. Dr. Craig strikes me as a really good guy who isn't going to over service your situation. If you, a friend or family member needs a dentist. This is the office to visit and/or recommend.
Wow!!!! This office is incredible! I used to have extreme dental anxiety before discovering Dr. Craig’s office. I avoided the dentist for years due to terrifying memories of dental offices I had been to in the past. The entire staff treats me as a person, not a number. They want what’s best for their patients and that sure is evident! They want to create friendships with their patients, which one does not see often! My Dental Hygineist does a great job. I always leave with clean, spotless teeth! This dental office is incredible and I recommend Dr. Craig to everyone!!!!!
BEST DENTAL OFFICE EVER!!!! I have been going to Dr. Craig’s office for years now and I really look forward to it every time!!! My dental hygienist Nicolette is awesome! She is very thorough with her work and she genuinely cares about me at each and every appointment. Dr. Craig is super awesome and always makes you feel at home! On top of that, the entire staff is extremely friendly and very well organized! This office is wonderful with staying on time! I’m always called from the waiting room at my appointment time, so it’s great not having to sit around and wait. I would not recommend any other dentist! Thank you for making each trip to the dentist an enjoyable one!
Dr. Craig is the BEST dentist I've ever had. He and his staff of pros are top notch. Very friendly and always accommodating. Just today one of my crowns popped off. I called the office and left a message since they were closed for the day. In less than an hour Dr. Craig called me back and told me to come on in. He fixed it and I was on my way. I can't say enough nice things about him and his crew.
I've always had an amazing experience at Dr. Craig's office. My dental hygienist in the office is Nicolette and she is awesome! I always feel like I'm being taken care of and valued as a patient in the office! I would recommend her and this fantastic office to anyone who is looking for a dentist.
Dr. Craig is the best dentist I've ever been to. He doesn't try to do work that doesn't need to be done and makes me feel at total ease, as going to the dentist is not everyone's favorite thing to do. His staff is wonderful as well.
