My son and I have been going to Gentle Care for years and we have never had any issues with the service we get. Dr. Sule is very good at explaining what needs to be done. When I inquired about a very costly procedure, he was able to offer a more cost effective procedure that would have given me the same results. On my last visit Mark was very gentle and thorough with my cleaning, making sure to let me know what he will be doing before proceeding. I will definitely continue to go to Gentle Care for my dental needs.

This front desk staff are great! They always answer my questions and concerns. The reminder calls are great for me because of my very busy schedule. I was a client of Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) and received dental work for a tooth that became infected requiring immediate follow up. Unfortunately, SDA Dental could not schedule me in time to save the tooth which I went instead to GentleCare Dental that provided immediate work to treat the infection that was causing me unbearable pain. Overdue review... Been going to Gentle Care for a few years now and have always been pleased with the results. Just had some veneers "installed" this week. Was concerned about the prep and grinding down of my teeth but it was VERY minimal and painless. Staff is on the ball, polite (cute girls too) and reminds you of your appointments. Dr. Sule is a perfectionist, can't believe how good my teeth look now. I'm off to Hollywood.

I went in December 2021 because I was feeling some pressure in the backs of my teeth and of course, it was due to cavities, so they scheduled fillings for several of my teeth. Because I didn't have dental insurance and it was expensive, I gave in and paid the $478.88/yr for their DSI insurance. I then paid an additional $800+ after the cavity fillings were done. A "discount," but still a lot of money… I thought I’d be all good and the pain was resolved right? Nope. Little did I know, the next 5 months since my cavity fillings, it has been nothing but excruciating PAIN and torture...WORSE pain than I ever felt from my initial minor pressure pain I first came in for in December. My teeth are now super sensitive to hot and cold foods/drinks and at night I go to bed restless with severe tooth aches! To the point that I need to take 600mg ibuprofens every single night before I go to bed to make sure I am able to fall asleep. Sometimes they don’t even work tbh. I had another cleaning a month ago and brought up the pain and Dr. Bero attempted to fix my bite because they filled the left side too high, but that didn’t work and a month later it’s still throbbing. I just want to pull my teeth out! I’m really beginning to regret getting my cavities filled at GentleCare in the first place since realizing that they may have done a very poor job and now I am suffering for it. I’ve already paid for the DSI insurance for the rest of the year and I get 4 free cleanings which is great, but I will not allow them to do anything to my teeth anymore other than the cleaning. Overall, I would caution other people getting serious stuff done here. Cleanings are safe and fine. Update: Went to Premiere Dentistry for an exam and found out I have an infected tooth and that the filling done from GentleCare was so large and so close to the tooth nerve to the point that my tooth may be “dead” already because it did not react to the cold test. I’ll be getting a root canal treatment to get rid of

Had a crown done, later needed an extraction due to poor filling and cavity surrounding the tooth. Billing department sent me a statement of $3,000! Went elsewhere to get further treatment for other teeth surrounding the extracted tooth! Never going there again!

Gentle care has been my go to place for me and my families dental care. I really enjoy the atmosphere from the ladies that assist me in the front. And the staff of gentle care is welcoming and patient with my children. I recommend this place. Plus they give really cute, fun, creative balloons.
