Have had good results. Not cheap, but do good job.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! They forged my friends signature when she was on Valium to perform more procedures than she needed/agreed to! So illegal and wrong! Now they won’t give her money back & she can’t chew on one side of her mouth. They should be sued for malpractice!

I received horrible customer service, they don’t even deserve to have one star. Completely unprofessional I do not recommend to my worst enemy.

This is my "dental home!" A place of caring staff and comfortable surroundings. A place where I am not just a number on the sign-in sheet, but treated with personal interest and concern. I am most grateful for the flexibility in payment plan as I do not have dental insurance and without such a plan I would not be able to get necessary treatment.

Dr. Bourgeois has been my dentist since 2015, along with the new addition of Dr. Hightower to their team. I had been going to a different dental clinic before I came to Paradise Smiles, and there is definitely a difference in SERVICE and Customer Service! They emphasize the importance of dental health, and always make sure I am comfortable as services are performed. Praises for Dr. B, Dr. Hightower & their staff!!

Although I am an employee here at Paradise Smiles for almost 9 years, I've been with them getting dental work done for almost 20 years and have never been to another dental clinic. I had a Root Canal done on my lower left molar, which had failed 3 years later. I then got it retreated and Dr. Bourgeois was able to save my tooth. GREAT JOB DR. B!!! I've also had 4 wisdom teeth extracted and did not experience any pain or problems. Being an employee here, we have many, many valued patients that continue to trust us and enjoy our service, which makes them just like FAMILY.

Been going to Paradise Smiles since 2015 and have no regrets. They do a great job and making sure I am comfortable, and have made it easier for me to go to the dentist, as I was scared of going as a child. Love their customer service and staff! Can't wait for my next appointment!

Confident Smiles is what they should be called. I am truly thankful for their patience and the confidence they have bestowed on me. I have always had a fear of the Dentist as a child and felt that i needed to overcome that but wasn't sure how. Swallowing my fears and allowing them help me get over my fears is one thing i am grateful for and have no regrets. They have become a family environment for me that I have given them my trust and confidence with my children. It is not only a beautiful calming establishment. They have been understanding of my anxieties of being in the chair, by being patient , courteous and professional . That I now look forward to my visits .

UPDATE: May 15, 2019: The owner of paradise smiles has written a 5 star review for himself, and probably coerced 4 other reviews. Use your own judgement and notice the timelines of the review. Patients beware, if a dental company needs a commercial to bring in customers, that might be a dead giveaway. Also, his grammar is terrible for someone who is considered an intellectual. UPDATE: MAY 9 2019 5:00 p.m. 1 MONTH LATER, I receive an apology call. Mentions review is out to get his business 3-4 times. Calls me "Mark" at the end of the call. 4/10/19 I call Paradise smiles about severe tooth pain in my middle bottom tooth (25). I am told to come in the following day at 8:30-9:30 as a "walk-in." Unable to sleep the entire night due to the intense pain I arrive 15 minutes early. Teary eyed, I sit upon the steps of the establishment in hopes they will remedy my suffering. 15 minutes later they unlock the door and ask how I am doing. I complain to 2 dental assistants about my intense pain, they even ask which tooth it is.(they seem to care) It is now about 8:45 and I'm sitting in the dental chair. During the pre-exam the dental assistant asks,"On a scale from 1-10 how bad is your pain." I reply before she even finishes asking the question, "10!" Shortly after, its time to take the X-ray of my teeth. The assistant inserts a HARD PLASTIC DEVICE (the one that holds the small tab in your mouth). She then tells me to BITE DOWN. BITE DOWN ON THE ONLY TOOTH IN MY MOUTH THAT HURTS.OUCH!!!!! I do it anyway and we get the x-ray. The Dentist Dr. Clay Hightower arrives at the threshold of my torture room, sits down, and says." You have no obvious sign of infection or cavities." He continues to say that its "probably caused by grinding of my teeth at night." micro-fractures and whatnot. (I'm not a dentist). He then proceeds to write me a PRESCRIPTION FOR MOTRIN AND ANTIBIOTICS. My entire goal was to alleviate pain. After less than 1 minute of examining my teeth, he writes prescript

Staff very accomodating and receptive to inquiries about delays or appointment changes. My dental assistsnt Gigi does an excellent job in helping me to stay calm during my cleanings or any dental procedure i have. This facility provides outstanding services. I an blessed to be serviced at Paradise Smiles.

I am very satisfied with there service, when I did my fillings. Very patient and is always willing to work with my schedule. Very friendly Staff.

Update from two reviews. Our clinic Paradise Smiles Dental Clinic was 110% miss represented by (2) one stars and individuals attempting to review for sake of malice. What I dislike about Google is malice & slander can easily be used. I, the owner, was not in the clinic but recovering from back surgery when incident went down. The dentists at our practice have combined over 42 yrs exper. Our practice was solo for 19 yrs & entering our 20th. We often hear great verbals by pts & mostly the phobic scared ones afraid to just think of dental treatment. We place great attempts on Customer service and feedback allows us to know when we “fail” & succeed! No clinic or dentist is 100% able to pls everyone. So many moving parts with a successful dental business. We treat fear every day with great success and feedback of appreciation rings loud! A great deal of perio- dontal disease moves thru our doors! Aging patients don’t generally lose teeth assoc. w tooth decay but instead from non-oxygen germs below the gums attacking bone! To apologize for the attack on products would be malpractice! Plus individual hide their identity. Fact: We push dental health & anti-disease! NOT products! We cover mostly shipping in order for our patients to have “high quality” vs cheaper, and our Colgate Peroxyl rinse retails cheaper here than most pharmacies, Kmart, and military. Excellent for management of bony disease!
