Pocos profesionales, las secretarias groseras por teléfono no saben expresarse y siempre están de mal humoradas. No volveré a ser cita en esa oficina donde no existe la consideración ni el amor al paciente.

No se lo recomiendo a nadie...se equivocó de profesión...no habla con el paciente, no le explica lo que encuentra ni lo que te va hacer...fui para una limpieza y sin decirme nada me puso anestesia y me taladro una muela para hacerme un root canal del cual sigo padeciendo y me afectó dos muelas más que me duelen con solo pasar la lengua...y trabaja a la antigua con plata...no sirve... Es un cavernícola...

After waiting two months for my appointment, they called me and offered me an open spot two days before. they failed to inform me I would need to present a negative COVID test which they asked for the day of. The woman told me it was my mistake because they tell everyone who makes an appointment (except me apparently). I asked her if she could still put me down for my original appointment date, she agreed and told me they would give me a call the day before so I can come get a referral for the covid test. They have ignored my calls for two days straight, never called me to confirm my original appointment, and now I have to drive hours away to another dentist because I cannot keep waiting months while I have an increasing amount of dental pain. Horrible. P.S 3 people showed up at the same time, with the same appointment date. They do not know how to properly run this medical office.

Yo les tengo pánico a los dentistas por malas experiencias pasadas pero tanto la asistente como el Dr me trataron con tanto profesionalismo y me hicieron sentir tranquila cabe decir que no sentí absolutamente nada cuando el Dr me hizo la extracción y luego la asistente se aseguro de que yo estuviera bien para dejarme ir.Muy buen servicio.

Me cobraron $20.00 adicionales solamente por hacerle una pregunta al dentista y evaluar un diente. Me pusieron un poquito de "resina" en el diente EQUIVOCADO, perdida de tiempo y dinero!!
