Do not use Dr Bradley for dentistry. His front office woman has the manners of a drill sergeant on a huge power trip. This woman seems to enjoy ordering people to come to the appointments that she sets (doesn’t matter if it’s convenient for your schedule or not- as long as she sets it on her time). Additionally, she loves to give the doctor messages (the type of messages that keeps chaos going). Dr Bradley isn’t confident in his abilities to treat his patients. If you twitch ( which that’s all I did was twitch), he will dismiss you as his patient. Instead of trying to work with his patients, like most reasonable doctors do, he will give his secretary ( aka- The Stirrer) messages to give to the patients, and she WILL TOTALLY BLOW IT ALL OUT OF PROPORTION. Additionally, they will “string you along.” They kept refusing to make me an appointment saying that “ the dr wants to do your wife first.” I waited and waited and waited. When they finally finished my wife’s dental work they then decided to not see me anymore. I was strung alone for about 2 months. Stay away from the drama and find a real dentist.

I have never met a group of individuals in a medical office that acted so unprofessional. The woman behind the counter had such a bad attitude that I decided to leave without even seeing the dentist. That was a wasted hour of my life. Would not recommend to my enemies.
