Loved this place place for 10 years under Dr. Walters.... the new staff and procedures are extremely difficult to get any help or answers from and the bi-annual check up fee is now higher than my insurance covers... a first time ever. Very disappointed.

Dr Turner and his staff has taken excellent care of many members of my family and most recently my mother in law.. She has an extreme fear of going to the dentist and previously needed sedation to have any dental work completed including getting her teeth cleaned.Thanks to Dr Turners patience and gentle touch she is having regular visits and getting her work completed without anxiety!Highly recommend Dr Turner and his staff for your families dental needs!

Dr.Turner is a brute. I went in for a simple extraction to my upper left bicustar . Also had concerns about my #20 tooth and # 29 tooth. Due to hot and cold sensitivity. Dr. Turner broke my bicustar during extraction. Then had to cut the broken root out. Causing me to have stiches.He then took it upon himself to do a cavity fill in my #31&#32 wisdom teeth. From all the brute strength from drilling cavity . He loosen both wisdom teeth. I never in my life had any wisdom teeth pain or issues and I'm soon to be 52. Now I have to have both of them extracted for relief. I wouldn't recommend any one to a dentist that does not involve his patient with the process and a dentist that goes rouge.

Had to cancel 10 mins after an appointment and was disrespected because they had to pay an employee but didn't care my child was sick and was told I could no longer bring my children.

I have had a lot of dental work done over the years from NY, TX, and AL. To say I have a fear of dentists is an understatement. Dr. Walters is the absolute best dentist I have ever been to, hands down. He deserves 10 stars. Never had a kinder, more gentle dentist, who was actually concerned with saving my teeth rather than just trying to make money. BEST dentist ever.

Have had 3 or 4 appts here over the last year and a half. 15-20 minutes each time after scheduled appt time before being brought back, even when I was the first one on the list! This 3rd time, after coming in 15 min early and waiting over half an hour, only 1 other patient came out/and-or/ got called back, I left. I have appts I have to keep or I lose business. No one came out to let me know it may take longer than anticipated. No one there really even acknowledged my presence. There are no digital xrays or other 'modern' tech. I've only seen/talked with the Dr once.

My first visit here. It was amazing and hate going to dentist. First office staff was great there was an issue with insurance they worked hatd and resolved it. I was called back early !! No wait. Amy was beyond incredible she put me at ease and was thorough. Excellent exam and cleaning. The dentist explained everything to me for next visit. Ive been to dentists around the country for 52 years and this was the best ever. Amy was simply fabulous for someone with a real aversion to going to dentist trust me on 5his and go !!
