Pleasant experience, staff was absolutely wonderful, professional and met all my needs. Would recommend this office to anyone!!

I went for impressions today, Sam helped me and she was awesome. She was very friendly and got it right the first time.

From the time I walked in the door I could tell I made right decision. The ladies up from to the ones in back helpful quick very organized answered all my questions. I'm very satisfied. Found my new dental office.

The staff is very friendly. Brandy was awesome! She was very patient with me while I was trying to figure out which direction I wanted to go when it came to financing.

Had great first appt. However 2nd appt was canceled because they thought I wasn't coming to the assigned appt.. Even though I confirmed through the 10 text messages the week before.. But because I didn't answer the day before because I work 3rd shift and was asleep. So now I have to wait another month to get tooth extracted.. Oh wait no. That was this appt.. They are going to do feelings next one. So who knows when I'll get the tooth fixed that I originally came to get fixed done. 😡

I made an appointment and made it very very clear that I have a broken tooth that was giving me extreme pain. I asked in advance if I would be seeing someone that could deal with it asap. I was assured I was put down for extreme pain and they would definitely work on it on that visit. I arrived for my appointment I go back and I am x-rayed and examined by 3 people including a dentist. All of them were polite and professional. However NONE of them showed any concern for the actual reason I made the appointment for. They all were focused on "selling" me other treatments. And I understand I had a couple other things that they could help me with. But I was there for extreme tooth pain. I felt after the exams I had sat through a time share presentation where I was being sold something. And understand I am absolutely positive that the other treatments they were suggesting are great and would assist me with the other issues that they found. But again I made the appointment because of my broken tooth. I for the last 6 weeks can't eat well. I can't drink anything cold. And if sleep on my face wrong I'm woke up in serious pain. That's why I was there. Nothing was offered not even a suggestion to take some Tylenol. And I then ask the dentist can we at least adress this one tooth. The answer was "I'm the dentist I don't make those decisions". When I check out I told the treatment plan they have for you will be like $2,000. I then again ask what about my tooth that I need fixed to stop this pain. The answer "what tooth is that". I thwn tell her which one and she tells me that will be $69.00 I said ok can we just first deal with that and then I will address any other treatment plans they suggest. I was then told that it would be a month from now before they could deal with that. However if I wanted to do the $1,500 special cleaning I would be able to to do that the same day. I'm not saying this is a bad dentist office. But I am saying they do not concern

A great experience at this establishment when getting my dental care done. Sam took very good care of me the moment I walked to the back by thoroughly explaining each process to me before it started. Would highly recommend Aspen Dental for your dental needs.

Our first visit and everyone was so kind.

Not paying attention to details of the job. Totally forgot to make records input and had to do the same thing for a second time. When addressed by the office manager, I was told that I could continue with the treatment or they could refund me my money. After calling the corporate office and telling them of my experience, I shortly thereafter received a call from the local office saying that they could no longer offer me their services. Going to the dentist is not like attending a birthday party for most people! To be treated with a "take it or leave it" attitude and then turned down for future services is a bit much. Not sure what level their decision was made on but I think it is at the office manager level at this time. Several people have complained about the Aspen Dental office in Enterprise, Alabama but I didn't know that it would be so obviously presented in the case of them being at fault. I will request mine and my families dental records and gladly find new dental care.

This was my first visit. I had the BEST experience I have ever had at any dentist I’ve ever been to! The staff were super friendly, they are up front on cost on any and ALL procedures and do not do anything until you you can come up with a plan that is within your budget! I will never go anywhere else! Thank you so much!

Great and friendly service ...im looking forward for my dental work friday

The service I got was great. When I was getting my x-rays the technician was very conversational and understanding when he was doing it. He said that he tries to go as fast as he can because he knows that it hurts sometimes and I only have one that hurt really bad so it went good. They were open to listening to what I wanted to do with my teeth, although they tried to talk me into doing it a little different that I just don't feel I want to do and they were totally understanding about that and willing to do what I wanted to do in order to get my dentures. I was very satisfied with the service and hope that it stays that way as I work with them to get my dentures
