Gadsden Family Dentistry

At first I thought this was a very good place. They took me in when I just walked in with a tooth that needed to be pulled. After that the next visit went ok. Now every time I call I get a machine that tells you to leave a message and they will call back So far no calls back from them. This is very disturbing since I have a terrible infection and need that taken care of and then need some more teeth pulled

i have had a great experience every time i have come in. the entire staff is always super welcoming and very friendly. i’ve never had a problem here with anyone being rude to me, feeling rushed, brushed off etc, which unfortunately is very common at a lot of medical/dental facilities. i highly recommend gadsden family dentistry to any and everyone.

I had amazing care from staff and dentistry. I got full mouth dentures made they are beautiful I’m very pleased, The whole office came together to help me I feel they are my new family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Best dentist ever

There very disrespectful! Can even go in with my wife to pick out dentures for her teeth. Blaming things on covid! Which it never existed!!

When Dr Cox retired, the staff called. Told me to come like I've always came,, for things Ive always came for,, nothings changed, we will take care of it... The more accurate call would be 'drs gone, you got to pay for all new scans and x-rays, they can't use Dr Cox scans, and you can no longer get antibiotics for a abscess, unless you pay a Dr visit, but we don't have time to see u today, or Monday. Dr Cox would have NEVER let me leave in my condition.... They should say Dr Cox is gone, and nothing is the same. They turned his Customer Satisfaction policy into greedy corporate interests. The goal is money, now...Dr Cox goal was to help ppl. I don't have insurance, but his prices were low. Because he wanted to help

I'm a Nurse, I work local. My teeth were in in terrible condition, discolored, broken, infected, I was scared to death. I had all upper teeth extracted with four implants put in. Dr. Graham is a genius at his work. I was awake through the surgery, I never felt pain. The sweet lady that made my temp dentures, is an artist. She's unbelievable how accurate she gets the dentures. Great work! Jessica is a wonderful cheerleader for the patient. I couldn't and wouldn't put the temp dentures in, I gagged, felt sick and scared. She called me and told me " you can do this, I promise". She was right. I'm wearing the temp dentures for a few months then get my real ones attached to the implants. I'm getting the lower teeth done soon. I have only great things to say about this clinic, and will tell anyone to have dental work done here. They are all great! I'm feeling so much better about myself. Thank you!

Was seen over a year go for dentures. Had my top teeth pulled and one of the teeth he pulled must have broken because I have been left with a broken tooth that should have been removed for over a year now. When I called ask told them about the tooth I was told I would have to pay again to have it extracted. I had already paid once to have this tooth removed with all the other teeth .

This place is amazing in every way. I needed something done, cosmetic because of my teeth. They didn’t want me to wait, got me in yesterday for an impression and I got my prosthetic today. Everyone else wanted to charge double and wanted me to wait until June! The doctors and staff are phenomenal!!! I’ve never laughed and had so much fun at the dentist! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for the care and the laughs you guys gave me. I’m absolutely loving my new smile. Thanks bunches!!! P.S. We need to get the head back on that goose. 😂😂 Thanks again, you guys are AMAZING!!!! 🤘🏼🤘🏼

I could not recommend this place more than enough! I had never been here and had a terrible tooth problem, Mrs. Jessica reached out to me after one of my friends on Facebook had tagged her in the comments and told me she could get me worked in the next day. AMAZING! I was terrified to get the numbing shots and my anxiety was sky high due to my past dental visits with another dentist. They kept me calm and Dr. Maddox was FANTASTIC! I never felt the needle or the shots and didn’t feel pressure or anything while he pulled my tooth. I cannot recommend them more than enough you guys! Dr. Maddox and his crew was great.

Best dentist around love the staff and Dr very friendly people. Very fast and clean I would definitely recommend this dentist.

I understand there is a lot going on at this office, but I called to try to find out when I could go in for implant maintenance. I was told I would get a call back to come in. That has been a month ago!!! Come on guys, you know if I don’t get maintenance my plate will break in half!!!!! A bit ridiculous! At least tell me you aren’t gonna be able to get to me so I know to find a new dentist

Now that he is in jail what happens with patients that has already paid for services. Geeeeezzzz has anyone talked to office since this happened Tuesday

I heard about Gadsden Dental online and was so nervous about going in there to have work done. The staff and Dr. Cox are absolutely wonderful and so nice. I'm having another procedure done this week and usually I am a nervous wreck but I am completely confident in using Dr. Cox. I will continue to use him as my dentist for as long as he is there !

I went in to get my teeth cleaned there was a red headed hygienist that cleaned my teeth she was very sweet. My teeth were cleaner than they have ever been. Dr. Cox came in and looked at me and I wanted to have my two front teeth which I feel is a little crooked and he suggested that I get the clear braces which is exactly what I wanted. The hygienist took my impressions right away and in two weeks I had them and I am very happy with the results already! Dr. Cox and his staff are excellent I would recommend this Doctor and his staff to everyone I know!!!

I am a patient of Dr.Cox I went in for my cleaning and had a great experince with the hygienist she explained everything very well and I needed a crown and Dr. Cox saw me right away they moved me to another room and started on the crown I was so thankful to go ahead and get it taken care of in the same day. Dr. Cox was very kind and patient with me the lady that was helping him was so sweet and kind I will always come to Dr. Cox's office. My entire family is seen here and we are all so thankful to have a dentist we can trust. Thank you Dr. Cox and staff

I went to Dr. Cox's office to have my teeth cleaned the hygienist was very sweet and very informative. Dr. Cox came in at he end and explained everything I needed done to fix all of my teeth. The hygienist gave me a paper and even broke it down into steps how I needed to proceed and how much it would cost before I got it done. From the ladies in the front office to the ladies in the back and Dr. Cox I felt so welcome there. I am still a current patient and would recommend this office to anyone!

I went in the office with an abcessed tooth in pain I was seen right away Dr. Cox was very nice and told me I needed to take some antibiotics and extract the tooth. After about two days I felt so much better. When I returned for the extractions the lady that helps Dr.Cox named Cassandra was very professional and explained everything in detail and took very good care of me while I was there. Unfortunately, I had a dry socket I called the office they got me in immediately and Dr. Cox explained what was going to happen and Cassandra helped me again and cleaned it out and put some medicine on it and I was better in 2 days. I am very thankful for the Doctor and the entire staff. Shvonne cleaned my teeth after that and that is the cleanest my teeth have ever been and she explained everything to me so clearly. She is so sweet. I am happy to be a patient at Gadsden Dental I would recommend it to everyone I know.
