Everyone is friendly and nice. Takes time to explain what they are going to do. I had a cleaning. The lady was sensitive to me. While cleaning my bottom teeth I was making a face and she started using the water pick which was wonderful. Dr Myra was friendly and nice as always. Wonderful place to go for a dentist.

We waited way over an hour for my daughter’s filling. Dr. Myra came in to numb her mouth after we had already been there 30 minutes, and then disappeared for another 45. My daughter is 5 years old- this office takes pediatric patients but seems to not want to actually deal with them. She came back in when my daughter needed to use the restroom and then didn’t come back for another 15 minutes. At this point my daughter is scared and they never put the laughing gas back on her to keep her clam. Needless to say when Dr. Myra finally decided that she should take care of my daughter’s 8am filling well past 9 my daughter is scared and nervous as she’s never had a filling before. My daughter didn’t scream, hit, kick, etc. she simply cried and Dr. Myra refused to work with her after that. She gave me a list of different pediatric dentists and said bye. So after numbing my child’s mouth and refusing to actually work with her, we got sent elsewhere. This was extremely unprofessional and I have never seen such poor bedside manner from a dentist. We were so excited to finally have found a good dentist in Jasper and then this last experience was absolute trash. Myra’s patient interactions seriously needs to be addressed or she just doesn’t need to take pediatric patients.

This was my sons first time since he was two, he’s now 8, it was a check up and a cleaning. He was so scared, but the dental hygienist talked him through it and got him completely through the entire cleaning with nothing more than just a few tears shed. Very patient and understanding with kids!
