I have been seeing Dr. Small over the past few weeks getting some restorative work done. I've never been much of a fan of the Dentist, but Dr. Small and his staff are amazing. Extremely courteous and professional. Always going out of their way to make sure that the patient is comfortable and knowledgeable about the specific procedure being done. He does top-notch work and don't think I could hope for anything better in a Dentist. You guys rock. Thanks!

Staff has great people skills. The woman that cleaned my teeth was very thorough and Dr. Small is a great dentist with a friendly personality towards his patients. I highly recommend him to all my family, friends, & coworkers.

I recommend Dr Small to everyone. He is up to date on the latest techniques and a very caring dentist. His staff works to make you feel comfortable while you are there. My daughter recently had her teeth whitened and we are very happy with the results!!!

It is refreshing to go to a young dentist who is up-to-date on all the latest technologies. I have had great experiences with Dr. Small and some bad experience with some older dentists in town. Dr. Small has been my dentist for the last 4 years and have been completely satisfied.

I have been a patient of Dr. Small's for several years. He and the staff are very warm and friendly. They make your visit very relaxing and comfortable. Any procedure I had done was painless and recovery was easy. I would recommend them to everyone.

Has serious billing issues. They didn't send me a bill for at least 30 days after my service. They applied the payment for my filling to my cleaning and didn't submit a claim for my cleaning. When I called them about it and told them to submit the claim for the cleaning to the insurance you would think since it was their error they would have sent me a bill for the difference. But no i get a bill from a collection agency for $21.00. I pay my bills always have they just need to let me know what i owe rather than sending it to a collection agency. Had been using them for years but I won't be back. I will pay their $21.00 and thats it.

I was very impressed with the services that I received! They were able to perform a root canal and make my permanent crown on site, in the same day. The significance of this is extreme. I was able to leave the office feeling and looking my best. They actually can make your crown on site. This means that you do not have to have a temporary and they can check the fit before glazing to ensure that it does not sit to high or low. The technology that the office was is amazing. They have an machine that can map or image your teeth, Which means no messy goo trays for imprints! I have had several root canals through other dentists and can honestly say that this was the best experience so far.

Best dentist and staff in town!!! Dr. Small filled a cavity for my 6 year old and did a phenomenal job. He is great with children and very gentle. She didn't feel a thing! The staff is extremely nice and professional. The front desk even watched my 8 month old while I had my teeth cleaned. Wonderful!!!!!

My family has been a client of Dr.S. Small for almost 4 years. All was well at the beginning and we were at peace to have found a good dentist. In the past 6 months all went very sower. It started with a cleaning that took abt 10 minutes with nothing else but a few scraps on my teeth, as I keep them very clean after a brush with periodontal disease in the past. However they charge me for services they did not render at the time of that visit. My husband had his teeth cleaned twice every year and to our dismay the other day he start having very bed tooth pain. Made an appointment with Dr. Small and found out that one of his molars had a huge cavity and the tooth needed to be extracted. When he ask how is that possible that at the routine preventive visits every 6 months that was not discovered? All they said was....Ups, we did not x ray that particular tooth. Excuse me, but they did x ray his mouth every time he went and charged our insurance for. Why keeping up with the "preventive" maintenance if they can not even find a cavity? But they sure did charge us and the insurance as if they did. Further more, 6 days after the extraction, the pain was so intense, my husband drove back to the dentist were an assistant asked him from 10 feet distance through the reception window, to open his mouth and she said...Everything looks normal. Wow. She must have bionic vision as this was the last molar on his upper jaw and it is impossible to see beyond all his upper teeth from such distance, not to mention the poor light. He was also told that the he must make an appointment with the Dr. for another day, as he was very busy and no one else was there. Let me get that straight, that office has no problem charging for services they do not render nor have any regards for their clients pain or needs. One mistake can happen everywhere, but so many in a row to one family, is unacceptable. My husband lost a tooth to their incompetence. Thank God they are not professing in cardiology or
