My experience was delightful from the time I walked in. The front desk clerks were friendly and inviting. The dental hygienist was super nice and explained everything to me. The dental assistance the dentist was very patient and made me feel comfortable with their explaining of the procedures given. Super helpful in making sure I wasn't in any discomfort. The next day phone call to check to make sure I wasn't filling any discomfort was the icing on the cake. I would highly recommend Midtown Dental Studio of Mobile.

Do not recommend. Not personable at all. As a client who is in excruciating pain I was told nothing could be done for me until the end of January how insane is that? Now I am having to find a new dentist and go to the ER because my actual dentist can’t do anything for me. I will no longer be a client of this studio after today.

My first visit was for a cleaning and to inquire about getting additional dental work done. Appointment went great and I scheduled my next appointment. As my appointment approaches I needed to reschedule. I left my name and number numerous times but didn't receive a return call. I was very discouraged due to the fact I liked the office environment, everyone was friendly and helpful and it was close to my home. Because I had not received a call back I had decided to go elsewhere for my future dental needs. The office manager called me and apologized about the confusion explaining my call was going to their corporate office and the lady who forwards messages was out with the flu. I felt bad but I needed to have dental work done before the end of the he year and still planned on going elsewhere. The manager called me back a few days later offering an appointment within a week. I have to say I was impressed by the persistence of the office manager to make things work out for me. Customer service is very important to me and it really stands out that someone would work so hard to make things right when it went wrong. I definitely will be going to Midtown Dental Studio for all my future dental needs and telling my family and friends to go to them as well!!!
