The first visit the service was good. The young ladies were professional. I returned for the 2nd appointment and got extractions. The dentist gave me two (2) prescriptions to be filled. I took them to the pharmacy to be filled. I noticed when I got home I had two (2)different prescribed painkillers to take every 6 hrs as needed for pain. I called the office and explained what I had and thought the dentist had prescribed in error and voice my concern that I needed an antibiotic and not two meds for pain. This lady told me that what the doctor prescribed and that's what I needed to take. I wasn't satisfied with that answer because I'm thinking this lady isn't qualified to advise me. The next morning I goes to the office and state my concerns, she ask me my phone number, looked on the computer and said that she talked to me on yesterday. I said you did but I need to take to the dentist. She goes back and talk to lady that handle billing. She called me back and tells me that what the dentist said for me to take. I explained that I have known to get an antibiotic and pain meds, not two pain meds, this billing lady told me that the doctor gives antibiotic when he sees an infection. (I'm thinking antibiotics is given to prevent infections). She told me the dentist was very busy and that I could come back around 2pm maybe I can see the dentist. I told her there isn't a need for me to come back. Now what am I going to take two pain meds for? An 800 MG and a 7.5. I know as needed, but in my opinion this is absolutely ridiculous.

First time patient at Aspen Dental. I liked how thorough they were to address my concerns. They answered all my questions and provided friendly service. Only problem was their having only one doctor so took longer for my appointment. Otherwise, glad for the plan on how to take care of my dental needs.

Scam scam scam. The worst place to go for dental problems. Costs thousands of dollars and the staff here is quite unprofessional.

Called 3 days in a row with no answer, left messages and got no reply. Went in with a horrible toothache that had lasted 5 days, no sleep and obviously hurting and the front receptionist was unhelpful, rude, condescending and not helpful. I left with no help, no antibiotic and she even mentioned narcotics which I never wanted or would have taken if they offered. Absolute worst dental experience of my life

I usually don’t leave reviews, but when a patient calls they barely answers the phone. And when they finally answer the phone they have an attitude. I love that office but the young ladies they have there is rude needs to do better.

I must say I was very nervous at my appointment. But once I signed and was called to the back. Everyone was very friendly and made my visit more comfortable. Jessica the finance manager was great as well. Thanks y’all ❤️

The staff was very friendly and professional, I used to be so nervous when I go to the dentist but the doctor made me feel so comfortable by explaining everything that he was going to do and he explained the different types of sounds that I will hear doing the procedure and that meant a lot. Thanks

They’re friendly polite and caring. They did a great job cleaning my teeth and making me feel welcomed. They work with you too as far as payment arrangements.

A wonderful establishment outstanding cleanliness the complete staff was very nice, very helpful I felt like family. A Wonderful experience from the appointment process to walking out the door after the procedure. They took very good care of me very polite and caring

Some services are not part of insurance even though its a in-patient provider. Watch your procedure description closely. Look for codes F, N indicates you pay all insurance does not cover it. Lastly procedure was competently performed.

I loved the atmosphere every staff member was professional and kind Jessica Kaliyah janessa and leondria were my favorite I forgot the dentist name but I will be back thank you guys for working with me I think I spelled everyone’s name right. I was so nervous but leondria helped me relaxed and her humming made me calm down more I really appreciate you all thanks for all you do ❤️

I’ve waited 6month on implants I payed for & come time to install my permanent teeth Aspen don’t have a doctor to fill a 4thousand job that is current on payments in full! Atp I’m furious with this place in Eastchase Montgomery Al & they don’t know when I should expect a doctor to do the job!
