I am a veteran referred to this office by our community care program. It took me over a year to get this appointment and her staff apparently doesn’t know how to correctly do the reimbursement paperwork. I was told in a rude and unprofessional manner that my appointment was cancelled. When I contacted the VA the error is on their part for not submitting the claim correctly. I also sent her a new patient and even though they thanked me for that I have become a pawn for her office and the VA . Dr Thomas has a nasty attitude so I will not continue my care there. I would not recommend her services because they keep you sitting waiting on her for hours before you are seen. I had an 8am appointment but was there for over four hours waiting in her. I do not recommend this office.

One of the best doctors office Experiences that I’ve had so far. They were very accommodating and made me feel extremely comfortable during my visit. Horrible. Not so intelligent. This business has little knowledge about insurance. Please read your EOB’s. Dr Thomas will over charge. Still waiting on my refund from May.

Dr. Thomas as well as her staff is very professional. She had been my dentist for the last few years and I enjoy going to appointments. The receptionist knows me by name and I am always treated well. I would refer this office to anyone. They are absolutely amazing.

The lady I spoke with on the phone orginally told us the appointment would be on a certain day. She called back about 15 minutes later said they had a cancellation and would we like to come this day instead. We agreed sure. Told us to be there at 1. We shows up at 12:30 and the door locked before we could even get to the door. We rode around for about an hour and came back. And i have to tell u that I don't like how the receptionist kept rushing my mom and I to make a decission about when to get the work done. Rushing us to hurry up and apply for some type of credit card. Didnt give us much information about the card we are applying for. She swiped my moms debit card and told her if she's approved they would pay for her work to be done and charge a small fee. And its 12 months interest free. But that's it. No more info about this so call credit card. My mom was denied(on purpose) because I did not give all the information required on purpose because i didnt like how she was being treated by this receptionist. I wasnt comfortable with the way the receptionist was handling my mom at all. It was obvious that my mom couldnt afford 1300plus bucks for a set of dentures and that's with insurance.(im like with insurance and that high? I wonder what its like without insurance then)but that receptionist just kept on trying. Saying pay 600 plus this time to get started and pay another 600 plus next time to cover it. I had just told her my mom gets ssi benefits which is no more than 700 bucks. If i give them 600 plus what the hell about about her bills at home? What bout her food? Etc That receptionist never considered. She never cared. She just kept pressing the issue. And no they never told us the price on the phone. If they had then i would never had wasted my time or my gas bringing my mother to this place. Other than that the place was clean. And quiet. Today is July 11, 2017
