I genuinely cannot put into words how great of an experience I had here. Dr. Cole and all of the women that work in his office are truly spectacular. I felt like Dr. Cole, Miranda, and the rest of the staff there treated me as if I was an immediate member of their family. They explained everything to me in ways that made sense and were so kind about my anxiety. It was honestly the biggest relief. I felt so seen and heard. I could not recommend this place enough! Also, they have TVs and chairs that heat up and give massages… like what!?

I wish words could express how incredible Dr. Cole and his staff are! I have been going here since 2015 and they are all just family to me now. It’s not even a dentist visit, it’s a visit with family. The ONLY place for dental work in all of Alabama in my opinion! I had a broken tooth that had to be extracted. It was a large tooth and would not be easily pulled. I was scared bc I had the same situation with a different dentist and it was awful. I won't go into details but trust me I had ptsd from it. Mr Cole handled it with ease and barely any pain. I have full faith in him now because that was not a easy situation. Polite, professional, gentle and knowledgeable are a few words that come to mind. Thanks.

I was referred to Dr. Cole in the early part of 2016 after oral surgery. I had gone to my former dentist for a post surgical mold for a dental implant, but she didn't know what the heck she was doing. I called back to my oral surgeon, crying, asking if there was anyone they could recommend to do the procedure correctly. I had paid my former dentist's office over $300 for shoddy work and was sent home with a semi sharp object in my mouth. My oral surgeon, in Talladega recommended offices in that area; the only preferred office in Tuscaloosa was Dr. Cole's office; they even called them to explain the situation for me. Within the next half hour, I received a call from Dr. Cole's office; they made me an appointment the next morning. I must say, I was a bit nervous about another person getting into my mouth, especially after my experience. The next morning, from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, everyone was phenomenal. Hands down the best experience I've ever had at any doctor's office. Dr. Cole apologized for what the other dentist had done and that I'd had such a bad experience. He explained what he was going to do and made sure I was comfortable before getting started. After he was done, he told me how long it would be until my crown would be in and asked if I wanted him to do it or another dentist, that he could find someone if I'd be more comfortable. Of course I wanted him to do it. I wnet back for my crown and after that procedure, I changed dental offices for my son and me the same day. I'd recommend Dr. Cole and his staff to anyone! Absolutely the best in the area!
